Whomever the manager is THEY NEED TO REPLACE ASAP If I can give this place a 0 I truly would and whomever the management is THEY NEED A NEW ONE ASAP. The rudeness yet unprofessionalism was on full display. I live pretty far and was picking up my sister in the area so we decided to pull in the drive through to place a big order. Mostly everything I was ordering they didn't offer anymore (which was still on ordering sign) or out (how is it early morning and you have nothing). Their speaker was not working properly while ordering with a young man which caused a bit of miscommunication. Suddenly a woman chimes in and being frankly rude after advising they may need to take products off the list and something's wrong with speaker. I corrected her on how she was speaking to me and she said blantly 'it's obvious what your ordering we do have and You can go somewhere else". Wowwwww
AND I DID only to get better service with respect. It's not what you say but how you say it. Example. Sorry we are out and appreciate your feedback

Read moreThis once was my favorite DD/BR to visit every morning. Not so much now. I pulled up to the drive thru speaker at 6:52pm this evening, began ordering a sundae, only to be told by the female voice on the other side of the speaker that the "Baskin" side is closed because they are short staffed. I said "Ok, thank you" to the voice and proceeded to drive away. I drove past a clear open full view of the inside of the restaurant and saw no patrons inside but also saw around 3 or 4 employees grouped in one area and another single employee standing in the ice cream area. The single employee caught that I was looking inside and gave me a grim side eye stare as I drove around to exit the drive thru. Is this what we are doing now, DD/BR? Staff decides that they will pick and choose who & what they will serve when they want? If this is standard policy, then post a sign somewhere. There's a sign stating that they are hiring. I wonder why? I'm very displeased. BTW, this is not the only bad customer service experience from this location, just the latest. They are hiring more younger people and not training them on appropriate, good...
Read moreI stopped by thus location just for a hot Carmel Machiatto and a breakfast sandwich. The coffee was not good. It did not taste like DD brand at all! I considered going to McDonald's after I left, but I was late for an appointment. I pulled up at the drive-thru and the first thing she asked "what can I get for you". Not a welcome to DD or nothing. My food was shoved out of the window and then I was sitting waiting for the beverage. A guy saw me waiting and asked what I had ordered. The lady who took my order and payment never came back. Poor service and food. I will not be returning to this location again and if you want good service and food for your hard earned money, you should stay away from this location too.
