Ordered two pizzas for carry out. I watched the tracker and when it had been in the oven for a bit I left to pick it up. I live two minutes away and when I showed up they had no idea where my pizza was. They were busy so I was understanding. I watched the tv until my name had the ready status next to it. I asked for my pizza and they couldn't find it. A few minutes later they called my name, i got my pizzas and left. When I got home I opened the boxes and both pizzas were wrong. I called in and they said they would remake my pizzas and that it would be a max of 20 minutes. They said the rush had ended and they would make my pizzas right away. I showed up 30 minutes later and they had no clue what I was talking about when I told them I was picking up my remakes. I sat there for another 30 minutes while they remade my pizzas. When I arrived there was another customer waiting, about 10 minutes into my wait she went up and talked to an employee asking when her pizza was going to be done. She had been waiting for 45 minutes on a pick-up order. The worker said that her pizza was being put into a box at that moment and would take a maximum of 3 minutes. She asked if there was any compensation they could give for making her wait so long and they offered her a 2 liter soda, which she accepted. Ten minutes later she asked the same worker where her pizza was and the worker said that it was just coming out of the oven. The customer asked to speak to the manager and the worker went to where the manger was and said "There is a women who wants to talk to you." The manager said "Well, She can wait!" He said that loud enough for both the female customer and me to hear. I finally was able to get my pizza which ended up being wrong again but I was done with the workers there. Overall this is the worst experience I have ever had with dominos. The workers in back were just talking and having fun as they worked and not really paying attention to what they were doing. That is probably why they had so many...
Read moreMy wife placed a simple order on the app for two pizzas, and we still got to the store four minutes after the system said our order was ready. We waited in line for 35 minutes just to get helped, and when we gave them the order's name, they said they couldn’t find our order and told us to wait—without giving us any idea how long it’d take. After another 15 minutes, they said the pizzas still weren’t ready and it’d be another 10 minutes. After a full hour of waiting, they brought us two pizzas that were nothing like what we ordered. Our order is attached, along with a photo of the pizzas they claimed were ours. When we went back and told them it wasn’t our order, they said they’d reprint the ticket and remake it. While we were waiting, we saw multiple employees messing with their phones, which probably explains the mix-up and the delay in getting the pizzas made—not to mention the hygiene issue, since they’re not wearing gloves and aren’t washing their hands after touching their phones before handling the pizzas. The only time the manager even acknowledged us was when they sent an employee to tell me I’m not allowed to film inside the store, but I’ve attached a clip of the video I took with this review. Overall, there were a bunch of employees just standing around doing nothing, blocking the way for other workers who needed to get through, and others fiddling with their phones, slowing down the pizza-making process. This place needs a manager who’s on top of things and can make quick fixes, like prioritizing customers who are actually in the store instead of churning out pizzas for people who...
Read moreFood took a while which is to be expected on a Friday night, so I understand in that regard. However, after the food was out of the oven, it took 45 minutes to get out for delivery. I called in after 35 minutes of the food being ready, and they informed me that they only had 1 driver for the evening and was assured the food would still be warm due to the heating rack. After the food arrived, albeit on the wrong porch, the food was unsurprisingly room temperature at best.
I called to explain my frustration ask for a refund. I explained that I had worked with Dominos in the past, and that I know that when I was working there, it was standard that food shouldn't be sold if it's been sitting for longer than 20 or 30 minutes; much less 45. At that point, it should be remade so that it's up to par.
The manager said that the policy is now that it can be on the heat rack for up to 2 hours, which I have a VERY hard time believing, because l've seen how pizzas look after just 40 minutes on the heat rack, and they're literally unsellable. If that actually is the standard now, that's very concerning.
The manager eventually made it right in some regard by refunding the order, but I will not be ordering from this location again due to the blatant disregard of healthy food handling practices and unwillingness to remake old food before it goes out for delivery.
Pizza shouldn’t be sold 2 hours after being made, even if it’s on...
