I went in today to try and find a pair of Ariat BOA boots to try on in person. Carl immediately warmly greeted my wife and I upon entry! He was appropriately professionally dressed and was incredibly helpful! I have been looking at finding a pair of boots, but have not received any help at other retailers where Carl came up with solutions and suggestions that all were legit and showed positive direction towards the end goal. He was an incredible salesman and I will be going back there and suggesting others to go and work with him specifically and suggest you do as well! The reason for only 4 stars comes from who is I am assuming the manager. She micromanaged the transaction from the boot selection to even his sock and insole suggestions which was not needed as Carl was professional and incredibly informative. She also argued me on the reason I wanted the boot I was looking for as well as argued the tech shown on Ariats website. When I went to show her the site so that we could come to an agreement before I spent $300 on ordering a custom order boot, she said she was going on lunch. Read moreMy issue is not with the store or the selection. We shop here regularly and love it. My issue is with the credit company. My husband and I have been waiting over 5 months for our card to come in the mail. Still not here. Tried to get it reissued and the original one canceled, unable to do so. They have to talk to both of us during business hours, which we both work. That is why they are called business hours. While I am trying to take care of this issue, I am notified that they are going to change the entire account number and they ask for a payment in the same sentence. I ask what the new account number is going to be and they will not give it to me since my husband isn't also on the phone with me. So, they want my money to make a payment on an account that doesn't have an account number with no way of tracking the payment. Oh yeah, it is also a charge to make said payment with a real person. Read moreI had ordered a pair of Boots on the internet for CHRISTMAS 2019. When I RECEIVED them they were too Small and I got 2 pairs of the same boots. I sent 1 pair back. I had 90 days to take them to the store in Pueblo Colorado. I live 100+miles away. I needed to go to Pueblo anyway. They did not have the same style boots so Boot Barn ordered a pair and sent them to my address. I really liked them. I wore them for a couple months and the sole on the Toe of left boot broke off. I called Boot Barn. They had to get them from a different store. I went to Pueblo. I had to go there for other items. The Manager had the there. We exchanged the boots. She was real nice about me getting the boots. I was Really PLEASED with this EXPERIENCE. That is why I gave BOOT BARN all the STARS FOR EXCELLENCE !!!
