I ordered $35.00 worth of food on 5/5/22 just to be told when I got to Taco Bell on Santa Fe in Pueblo Colorado, that my order was not received but to call 800 number for a refund, as they could not make my order at all because they ran out of supplies. Still no refund as of yet for may 5th order. Then I ordered again on 05/06/22 thinking they possibly restocked, nope, my card was charged $45.00 and my order was then cancelled. I was ripped of by taco bell for 80 dollars. I have called and sent in email requesting assistance and a refund and requested to be contacted and I have yet to receive either at this point. I am a good paying customer and to just be ignored and keep my payments is awful, rude, hateful and just bad service all the way around. No good reviews from me at this point as I am not happy and feel like Taco Bell just don't respect their customers. I hope they get things together and fix this mistake. No spending money there again or at least until I get some acknowledgement of my orders made this month and money spent for services...
Read moreThis is the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. I typically don’t write reviews because I know what it’s like to be on the other side of a busy kitchen. I watched my food be made and all was well until I watched my quesadilla sit on the grill for over 15 min, along side a lonely taco. I mentioned to the worker that something was burning and he simply threw it away and proceeded with someone else’s order. Over 5 people and about 3 doing absolutely nothing. I have had it at this point, asked for a refund. As I inserted my card to get my money back you wouldn’t believe it my order is bagged and ready to go 🤬 he couldn’t seem to figure out the refund so I just took my food. Got home and my quesadilla was the sloppiest nastiest thing I’ve ever seen, didn’t look like cheese, chicken and tortilla, didn’t even get the taco. Someone please tell me how you end up waiting over 30 min for three items. Of all Taco Bell’s please shut this one down. It’s an embarrassment to all Taco...
Read moreOver the last 4 or so weeks, this location has not had the tortillas needed to make quesadillas. Tonight, there was quite the line in the drive thru so I thought I should go in and ask if they had quesadillas. The door was locked. No sign on the door... called and was told that they did not have tortillas for quesadillas. It is ridiculous that tortillas are a thing at any Taco Bell. If it were not for my grandaon who loves Taco Bell cheese quesadillas, I would have given up on this place the second time this happened. Whoever manages this location needs to address the inventory issues and consider training on customer service and communication. Finding out in the drive through that the only item you want to order is unavailable is unacceptable. Kind of like McDonalds being out of buns, Domino's or Pizza Hut being out of cheese.
Silver lining ... I found a different Taco Bell near the library that did not have a tortilla shortage, was open as...
