I made the mistake of going to this Starbucks on the morning of graduation. We arrived and placed our order at 6:50 a.m. 2 breakfast sandwiches, a tall late and grande caramel macchiato. The place was absolutely packed. We received our sandwiches at 7:15. 7:20 rolled around and our drinks were still nowhere to be found. I’m not the type to ask the baristas if they had lost our drink orders in the mix so I didn’t, as there were many others doing this. People who has placed orders after us were starting to receive their drinks. I got back into line and talked to the same person I’d originally ordered from. Told her the story, she apologized, reprinted the drink labels. At 7:30 I looked behind the bar and saw the list of cups lined up with customers names written on them. I should have seen 2 cups with mine but I didn’t. I took my breakfast sandwiches and left the store. It was a very disappointing experience to say the least. At STARBUCKS I don’t think you should place an order for 2 drinks in fear that they’re going to get...
Read moreThe products are usually great and the service is usually excellent at this location. However, the parking lot is abysmally small and extremely hard to navigate. For example, my partner and I were forced to go through the drive thru this morning when we did not want to do so because we were boxed in by another vehicle that did not notice the signage for the queue for the drive thru, and pulled up too close to our vehicle making it impossible for us to back out or turn around so that we could wait for a parking space. It is also very hard to turn around in the parking lot depending on the size of your vehicle and the size/amount/arrangement of other vehicles that are already parked in the lot no matter what. I understand the need for parking, and recognize that even with the amount of parking currently provided there is more demand than available supply. Regardless, I still feel that the parking arrangement has been poorly planned and makes the experience at this location often less pleasant than...
Read moreI've always loved Starbucks. But this location will always be extra special to me. They were so unbelievably caring, sympathetic and made my terrible day a bit brighter by the kindness and love I truly and genuinely felt from them. The night before my sweet, protective and Beautiful 125 lb Bulldog Precious Marie had passed away @ 9pm. I sat in the Veterinarians parking lot for 11 hours and cried. The first interaction I had with anyone was Starbucks. I'm sure I looked scary but they treated me so sweetly. They definitely made a very traumatic, and horrible time of my life, a little bit more bearable. I can't say how much their love meant to me at such a moment of deep sadness and feeling so very lonesome and alone. I had just lost my best friend, my world. Thank You Starbucks in Pullman!! You truly helped me bare through a very very rough time. You instilled in me the belief that there truly are good people in this world...
