McDonald's — Restaurant in Pullman

My daughter and I were out for dinner and one of their employees attempted to follow me home. I know this employee personally due to a family matter. He wasn’t the only one there were two other people with him. I was leaving McDonald’s when I saw the vehicle pull up i left asap. I have filed a police report and my husband has been in contact with McDonald’s they have been calling us a liar and have done absolutely nothing about the harassment. This isn’t a family safe environment. They don’t care about the safety of their customers. Store is currently remodeling. We had to pick up our mobile order on drive through. The morning line was unreal and only one drive through line was open. We waited 15 mins and the drive through lady missed one of our whole order. She refused to take care of it right the way, asked us to get in the back of the line AGAIN to provide the mobile order number again!???? Because she can’t take the order at window 2.??? Wasted another 15-20 mins in the line. Gosh! Was it really that hard to fix the mistake right the way? No compensation for their mistake and issue. Very disappointed in service. I was in a large truck and unable to make it through the drive through. Since the lobby was closed due to Covid 19, I tried to download the app. After several minutes of the app not downloading, I decided to walk through the drive through. They refused to take my order for "safety reasons". I had a mask and was more than 6' from the window... much further distance than the cars driving through. After they refused to serve me, I proceeded to go two businesses down the street to Jack in the Box where they gladly served me.
