Scusi! — Restaurant in Pullman

I cannot exprsss how bad this was 💀. I am the furthest one could possibly be from picky, and this restaurant produced one of the worst meals I've ever put in my stomach. My meal cost me $18. To put this into perspective, the garlic bread is that crappy frozen garlic bread you can get in large quantities at any grocery store that you feed your kids when you live in poverty, the sauce tasted like water, and the manicottis -- you get two -- were most certainly from the pre-made meal section at costco (although I recall the costco ones tasting better). Chef Mike (microwave) must be working over time there with how much freezer food he is producing 😭. How did this restaurant survive the construction close in downtown pullman??? I wish we could get some decent restaurants here.

For better restaurant recommendations for my broke college peers, I recommend sticking to the cafeterias or Chipotle until you get a car and can drive to Moscow. Moscow has all of the great restaurants and cheap prices. Pullman restaurants are all frozen, pre-made, imported meals. The only decent place is the Old European Cafe, and they're hardly open.

I would ask for a refund, but I am not willing to argue. DO NOT GET...

We party of 4- came in at 8pm - ordered right away- at 8 (as the kitchen was closing at 8:30) Ordered 4 lasagnas (3 the exact same with fettuccine and the 4th with spaghetti) 3 Cesar salads- and one greens salad

2 of the salads had two random wedges of lime mixed in 3 of the lasagnas came out - 2 with fettuccine 1 with spaghetti The 4th wasn’t ready as the cook hadn’t made the side yet- The servings were not uniform (as in one had barely any fettuccine- all the lasagnas were varied sizes one very small. Everything on the plate was cold- 4th plate came (had a lot more fettuccine- no garnish- no bread) lasagna cold.

The waitress Gaby and manager were extremely accommodating- when we complained- Gabby had stated she would have the cook fix it- as soon as she went back to talk to the cook- he threw something down on the grill - he obviously ripped into her and began to pace back and forth.

It was obvious to us he was setting out on her and we were getting the fallout of that. Frankly if and when we decide to come again it will be completely because of Gabby and the manager and it will be dependent on if Alex is...

I went there for a late lunch on Thursday and was pleasantly surprised. When I walked in the door I was greeted warmly by two of their employees, I think their names were Austin and Alexis. They had great energy and were very nice. I asked for recommendations and they pointed me towards the carbonara linguine. The food came out hot and within a few minutes. It was tasty and there was an abundance of bacon, which I greatly enjoyed. It came with a side of Caesar salad and a breadstick. I enjoyed my food except for the breadstick.
