Why does it take 45 or more minutes to get a pre ordered (through the papa John's app) pizza? This is the third time that we've ordered a pizza, driven 15 minutes from our home to pick it up, then had to wait another 30-45 minutes at the store? I could understand if they were busy. All three times there has either been no other customers or only one other customer. Unacceptable! We will be getting our pizza elsewhere in the future.

I’m sorry but I waited 2 hours for my pizza and I still didn’t get it. I rate a 1 star because the pizza at Papa Johns is amazing but slow service! Got one person delivering orders and I have to always wait 1-3 hours for my pizza. I get that they are busy but we almost had to cancel our order…the place had no idea and no contact with the delivery person. So far waiting on my pizza and it has been at...

As I was waiting outside the store. Waiting for my food. Some fat kid how didn't even work there. Friends of I guess the so called manager.
