I loved this place when it opened.

Today on my lunch break, I ordered a BLT on plain, extra toasted, extra mayo, extra Swiss cheese-exact way I order all my sandwiches.

They gave me extra mayo, alright. They gave me so much mayo that it’s pretty much all I can taste of the sandwich. They pretty much ignored my cheese request, as it was one piece of American. I could feel the bacon there but it was well outweighed by the Goops of Mayo. It seemed to be one bacon strip cut into a few pieces, when I looked at it.

One bite and had to place it all in the bin. Super bummed bc of how much I liked the place. But at $16/bagel, there isn’t anymore room for mistakes. I don’t like craving a food then going to the restaurant and still craving the food.

The price is painful enough but the combination of price and mistake and having to finish lunch still craving the same thing I just paid for, was Definitely enough to ruin my taste for the place.

Next time I’ll save myself a dollar or two by just buying the supplies to make them at...

I am a New York native and finding a delicious bagel (in the northern VA area) with a little bit of crunch on the outside and moist on the inside, is impossible.The bagels here at this location... (this Purcellville location) has the best fresh bagels. I ordered an everything bagel with an over easy egg, bacon and avocado spread. The bagel is amazingly delicious. Just the right amount of "seeds" and seasoning. Very flavorful. Delicious.Real bacon!!! Please ignore any comment that reads "expensive" or "pricey." This place is 45 minutes away from me and I will take the drive because their bagels are the real deal. It's worth it. 100% it's worth it. And the staff, great! Always pleasant. Even when busy. The ladies that cook, AMAZING!!! I look forward to these bagels each and every time. I'm glad I don't live too close because I would be here every week.Thank you. Please...

Probably some of the rudest customer service I have experience in Purcellville, and I grew up here. I placed an online order at 9:35 this morning, and received notification that it had been excepted, and would be ready around 9:55. I got there a little after 10 and they said it still wasn’t ready and it probably wouldn’t be ready for another 15 minutes, which is fine, but after realizing what time it was, I don’t have time to wait. I called several times to cancel the order a woman finally answered and said very rudely. We don’t take orders on the weekend by and hung up the phone and didn’t even let me talk. Did not say hello said nothing. I’m only trying to call to cancel this order because I don’t have time to wait 45 minutes. There is no option to cancel online. We loved this place but I don’t think they’ll be getting anymore of...
