If I could leave a zero star I would!!!!!!!! I have never been treated so horrible and disrespected on my life! They need to get new management or close it down! I will never EVER GO BACK! I was told when I called my pizza would be ready in 45 minutes, when I got there after waiting 30 minutes to pick my order up, I was told my pizza would be ready in another hour. So indeed I was frustrated but I waited. I asked them again how much longer and they kept putting me off. So then the little manager came and asked me what the problem was and I told him that I had been there and waiting for an hour for my pizza. And he said they are 45 pizzas behind. And I told him well you should have told me that when I ordered my pizza. And he told me ma'am you are raising your voice so you can just get out of Domino's. Read moreWe've lived out here for 3 years and I definitely notice a difference after the pandemic. The delivery driver is always super nice and super apologetic for the wait time (without mentioning frustration). I've never loved dominoes but it's a good value and it's quick and easy. Now it's easy but I have to keep in mind it will take a while to receive our order. I'm reasonable and understand that it's not that they don't know what they're doing, they just don't have enough employees. I just wish there was a way when you placed your order they could say "hey, were having a busy night and staff is limited so you're wait time will be this" at least then I could give snacks. As a matter of fact, this is the second time that I have been there to pick my order up at the time they said it would be ready, only to be told that they had just put them in the oven. Tonight I placed my order online. At 5:45 I got a message that my order was being prepared and would be ready between 6:15-6:25. My daughter left our house at 6:20 to pick it up. At 6:25, I received a text that my order has been placed in the oven and should be ready in 8-10 minutes. The last order that was supposed to be ready at 11:00 was handed to me at the drive-thru at 11:27 with no explanation as to why it was late, no apology, nothing.
