Bottom line: I am very happy with their work. However, I am very unhappy with their lack of communication. I'm from out of state and dropped off my computer before noon on Wednesday. I didn't hear from them by noon on Thursday so I called. My computer hadn't been looked it. I reiterated I'm from out of state and needed my computer back by Friday since I would be headed home and they are not open on weekends. The woman who answered said that wasn't noted in their computer. I informed her I told Wade when I dropped it off. She said someone would get back to me. No one did by 4:45pm Thursday so I called again. I spoke with Tom who just finished working on my computer. I had no idea what was wrong with it or the cost of repairs. Tom filled me in and said it would cost $70. I should have gotten a call with that info before starting the work. I picked up my computer Friday morning and was charged $75 and inquired about the difference. I was pretty much brushed off when the woman said, "We never charge $70. It's always $75." I wasn't going to argue about $5 but again another lack of communication. I am happy they fixed my computer quickly but hope they work on communicating better with their customers...

Terrible service, brought in a pc for a simple cleaning and cpu swap at 12:30 and at 4:30 closed early without even telling me it won't be done at 5. Even though sign says Monday-Friday 5pm they close. Came out screaming at me saying he's at a meeting that they didn't fix the pc. 4 hours they had it and nothing got done. I first went to Savage Systems as a Walk-in late in the day where the technician welcomed me and got right into a quick look at my computer to see what was going on.
