Starbucks — Restaurant in Puyallup

Good food, but the prices are hiking up! 😱 I just found out today that a 1.5 oz of plain cream cheese costs almost as much as an everything bagel 🥯. Holey moley! The total for my order is $4.79 just for those two things. Buying one item is now close to $5 in all sorts of ways. It used to be between $3 - $4. The bagel itself costs $2.65 and the cream cheese itself is $1.25. Look 👀 at the size difference in the attached photo. There needs to be a price reduction for affordability. This pricing doesn’t make sense as dips at other places cost .25 cents. I asked the staff and it was confirmed with consistency to in-store pricing and online ordering through their app that this is the correct pricing. Please try to notify headquarters of this change as I am.

Two days in a row I asked for a plain bagel with butter. Two days in a row I got a plain bagel with cream cheese, bonus for today, I got a butter croissant to go with it! 🙄 For there to be so many people working at this location it seems like no one’s ears work. The cashier was more worried about whatever was on her clipboard instead of listening to my order. I had to repeat myself twice and only got met with a “sorry, I’m listening.” I would’ve went back for the butter but I just didn’t have time since I had to get to work.

Unfortunately my only two experiences with this place has not been good. I’ll probably take the extra drive out of my way and go to the location in downtown...

I am not one to leave bad reviews but was very frustrated by my experience here. I placed a mobile order 45 minutes prior to closing. The app confirmed my drink was ready. When I pulled up to the drive thru I saw two employees walking out. They stared at us then proceeded to leave. We talked in the drive thru speaker multiple times asking if anyone was there. We then checked and the door was locked. Something about them looking right at us then leaving was so rude! And this was well before they were scheduled to close.
