I wish every single store operated this way! As soon as I entered, Tiffany kindly approached and greeted me. I shared with her that I never leave the house and have no sense of style and that I’m going out of town for a weekend in Charlotte, NC. Without hesitation, she opened up a fitting room for me and grabbed pieces that fit my description of how I like to dress and feel. She found 3 perfect pieces for my trip (really every piece was perfect that she found for me), but these 3 in particular were so comfortable and adorable. It was so effortless and for someone like me who literally dislikes shopping to my core, she was literally everything—as was the store owner who was also on site!!! If, the salesperson would have told me their return/exchange policy when I purchased a dress from this place, I would have been ok, but I will give her the benefit and say she wasn't trained. Shame on you management/owners. You want customers to come back and shop, don't treat them like you did me. Was told in a snotty voice "you are outside of our return policy because you purchased this last Thursday" It is now Saturday the dress is still in the bag never worn.
