My husband and I have been going to this location since they opened. We’ve never had issues until today and 2 staff members both claiming to be managers made sure we won’t be back.
The drive through had a line but it was a little after 1:00 so I wasn’t surprised; however, instead of the line moving like every other time we’ve gone we sat and sat and sat, gave our order and sat some more. When we finally made it to the window my husband had to repeat the order 3 more times. When we were handed a third drink but only ordered 2 my husband stated that we did not order 3 drinks. Immediately the employee (Celine according to the receipt) started arguing and told my husband he was lying, that he told her 3 drinks and she confirmed 3 drinks. My husband again repeated that he did not order 3 drinks nor did he confirm 3 drinks. I had put the receipt in my purse so I leaned over from the passenger side and asked if we were charged for the extra drink. Had we been, ok fine we’ll take it but telling a customer they’re lying and being hateful is not appropriate. When I asked if we were charged for the extra drink she become even more rude and stated “No you weren’t charged, check your receipt.” So she confirmed our order which she states had 3 drinks but she magically knew we weren’t charged for 3? Seems a little odd. No, the most likely scenario is it belonged to one of the 4-5 cars behind us and she wasn’t paying attention to what she was doing.
At that point my husband, who is one of the most patient people I know had lost patience with this girl. I informed her that she needed to drop the attitude or we would come around to the window and have a chat with the manager at which time she stated that she was the manager and I told her fine if that’s how she was going to act as a manager, then they could have their drinks back as we hadn’t gotten our food and they can give us a refund immediately. Apparently she was offended that she was called out on her bad attitude because I was informed that “ I better be careful how I was talking to her.” I wasn’t yelling I was not cursing I just basically advised her that her attitude was not appropriate especially if she was a manager.
At that point, the employee who had been preparing food, comes around and starts telling me that I need to again be careful how I am talking them and I told her again I didn’t need to be careful about anything. I wasn’t doing anything wrong. The problem was the employee with the attitude. The woman who had been cooking/preparing food I noticed had very unkempt green hair, which wasn’t covered (a violation of health codes) then tells me that she is the manager. So there are 2 managers on duty but neither one has a clue about customer service. If the first person we dealt with first, Celine, had not been so rude and hateful there would not have been an issue. I told them again I wanted to refund end of story. I was then yelled at that I better just give them my card so a refund could be issued. It took at least another 3 to 5 minutes for her to issue the refund, all the time I could see her yapping and gesturing towards our car. When I finally received the receipt and my card back I asked for the contact information for the district manager, to which Celine replied “I don’t know.” That tells me what kind of manager I was dealing with. I’ll be contacting the corporate office and letting them about the horrible service, as well as having an employee with uncovered hair handling food. I’m definitely glad that we told them to keep their food. We definitely won’t be back to this location. They don’t even deserve the 1 star I’m required to give.

Horrible experience!
Poor customer service and bad food! The coupons that I had #600 and #529 were not honored at the coupon price. $5.00 plus $1.00= $6.00 x 8.53 % Queen Creek, AZ tax rate should equal $6.51 and not $7.25 as charged. 1009 Cyanah D was very rude and explained the prices had increased despite the amount posted on the coupon. She had a take-it-or-drive-forward attitude. I handed her my card and she literally threw the food at me without a thank you.. The check number was 879 on 1/10/23 at 1: 07 PM
I realize the price difference was only .74 cents. However, it was the principle and the way the transaction was handled.
The chili dogs and the corn dog were both cold. The corn dog was not crisp and the chili on the dogs was not like I remember from my Wienerschnitzel glory days!

I pulled into the parking lot and as I rolled my window down there was a shorter man out side what looked to be a back gate yelling at a taller girl. It’s super unprofessional do being yelling at a girl out side for all costumers to see. The girl was very calm and kept her cool from what I could see. But the man that seemed to be a manager, owner, or a coworker was over the top and very aggressive towards her.
