Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Queen Creek

I’m actually so sad to write this…I just recently quite working at Dutch in the Phoenix area and my boyfriend lives out here in queen creek so I’ve now been to this Dutch as few times and it’s like …is this even a Dutch?! They don’t read my order back to me so my drink is ALWAYS wrong and I’m sorry but $10 coffee needs to be right and as a former employee I know we pride our self on the satisfaction of every drink. Today I went and they gave my drinks with out the topping, as she hands them to me I said “oh I’m sorry there’s no soft top or drizz”, she did put it on at that point but didn’t read the drink back to me to make sure they drinks she were handing me were even right. No one is ever at the drive window so they are talking to you from the bar and that’s if they acknowledge you’re there. I don’t wanna be that girls who’s like “guys I use to work here, what the heck is going on” but I do think there needs to be some retraining going on and I will no longer be going to this location when blackrock is literally across the...

My relative came to this location earlier today and had the displeasure of interacting with disrespectful staff. They ordered a few items, including a pup cup for their dog, and were not given a drink carrier. They were forced to take multiple trips to the window and because of this inconvenience they fumbled and dropped the pup cup. Three employees, presumably there for training, did the opposite of what they should have. They failed to help my relative carry their drinks and when my relative dropped their items, the employees sat there idly and laughed. When my relative came back to clean up the mess, the three employees were gathered around it taking pictures and laughing. My relative was terribly humiliated by the incident because of the negligence of these three employees. This is the slowest Dutch Bros. They need to be more organized with getting the drinks out. Both lines are always crazy long, usually there’s one or two people taking orders but they don’t have drink runners like other locations so every car waits to go to the window and even at the window each car is a good 3-8 mins. They are all nice who work there but they will hand a drink to a car and continue to talk for another 3 mins with a huge line behind. I’ve also noticed that if you don’t add a tip, they won’t have a conversation with you at the window but when you do they are chatty. The drinks have been good only had a couple bad ones which always depends on who makes it. I was so happy when I saw this being built by my house but now I always by pass it and go to Starbucks because I don’t have 30+ mins to wait. Please help them get drinks out faster like other...
