Meh... Honestly, not impressed in the least. Seems like a cheap franchise of everyday sweets without a solid direction.

Cookies: Not a fan. They are served ice cold out of a refrigerator (possibly freezer?). That doesn't scream "fresh" to me. When you advertise "fresh cookies", I envision more of a warm gooey treat. These were so incredibly hard that we sat them on the dash for the 15 minute drive home. The oatmeal was still rock solid. The snickerdoodle and salted caramel were such a floury consistency that they create a paste in your mouth. Even my cookie monster daughter didn't ask for a second sampling. In the picture, you can see my white knuckling trying to cut the "fresh baked" frozen cookie. Yeah... they're that hard.

Ice cream: It's blue bell... nothing special here. Just another chain trying to add more options to the freezer. I expected unique flavors of house made "twisted sugar" ice cream creations. What we got was essentially store-bought ice-cream.

Sodas: An overwhelming amount of options based on a handful of everyday sodas. Are they good?... I suppose you could try several and find something you like, but adding multiple sugary syrups to an already balanced commercial soda... it's really nothing more than a cup of cold syrup. I expected more of a base unsweetened soda flavor and a recipe list of fancy flavors you could create. (I.e. cotton candy soda, jalapeño Limon, etc...) Really, who wants to add more sugar to something that's already mainly sugar?

I was really hoping for a good competitor for Crumbl or a quality revival of Cookies By Design, but this place will quickly lose its luster I'm afraid. 1 out of 5 for...

First time going here to pick up a too good to go box at the end of the night. It was 8pm when I walked in... no other customers inside. It looked like the 3 employees were a little bit busy with closing up and taking care of drive thru. Other than that like I said the store was empty of customers inside. I stood at the register for a few minutes, not even a smile a nod much less a hello. I got tired of standing there and noticed the benches so I sat down thinking they'll get to me when they have a chance. I sat for a few more minutes while still being ignored. After being there about 10 minutes and not even being acknowledged, a white lady comes in... she wasn't even at the register one minute and the girl came up to help her.. and the other white lady that came in got helped as well. When they were done , the girl was about to turn around and go back to work... till I got up and asked hey what about me? I got here before they did and I got ignored.. the girl said "oh sorry we were busy with drive thru" 🤦 I couldn't believe it... I honestly felt so unwelcome and discriminated against because of my skin color. I will definitely tell everyone I know and where I can post about this horrible racist and unprofessional cookie store. You can clearly see I was in a visible position the whole time. Racists!!!! I give...

I WAS excited about this store opening. However it was my 1st and last trip here. Went to the grand opening spent an hour and a half there, ordered and my drink order was wrong. I explained that to the employee and pointed out who had taken my order. Apparently the girl taking my order was mistaken and the employee told me we'll inform her for the future. In the meantime she didn't offer to change my drink or refund me. I sent a message to Twisted Sugar and was told well they are new and if your drink order wasn't right they'd fix it in store for you. I replied back that I was in store and no one offered a fix and just walked away. I understand being new but to have 2 chances for this store to make it right and didn't well that says enough to me. Uninstalled the app and my family won't be back. As far as the smoothies go besides one being wrong one was odd tasting. Cookies were ok. Nothing fancy but not as expensive as Crumbl but definitely not gourmet or special...

I used to go to the Gilbert location and am so happy that a QC location opened up! I love the uniqueness of Twisted Sugar. They offer mixed soda drinks, cookies, and Blue Bell ice cream. I've tried most of their cookies, which are better priced than the other really popular place here and a more reasonable portion size for a treat. My all-time favorite is the lemon tart cookie, which is always long gone before I think to snap a photo of it. When eating a sugar-cookie based cookie, I like it to be moist but not doughy, with frosting that covers the whole cookie. Theirs are just right! Their menu is easy to read. I like that they offer some drink flavorings that other soda shops don't. And you may find a surprising flavor of ice cream available, like Dr. Pepper (which really tastes like Dr. Pepper). The staff is friendly and helpful, the presentation of the cookies is both tidy and beautiful, and the atmosphere is charming. Definitely worth the stop!
