Starbucks — Restaurant in Arizona

Went to Starbucks on Thursday. Ordered drinks everything was good at first. Then, forgot one drink. I got to the window, the lady was friendly as she could be. I then asked if I can order one more drink. If it was a no it wasn’t a big deal I was just going to drive off or go to another Starbucks since I was heading out of town. Well zelina the cashier at the window gave me attitude and I apologized, she was like yelling to her other colleague to make the drink. She then took payment, and sounded irritated when she asked me if I needed straws and a cup holder. Feeling the tension I said yes back very short. She closed the window and I was kind of thinking am I overreacting. I saw her shaking a stack of cups and I was like okay whatever maybe it’s not towards me. Extremely Disappointed, Denied Water on a Hot Day

My fiancé and I were 6 miles into a long jog in Queen Creek, AZ. We had brought water with us but ran out in the heat (110 degrees). Wanting to stay safe and hydrated, we stopped at an our nearby Starbucks, a place we regularly visit and support, expecting we could quickly grab a cup of water.

Unfortunately, we had left our wallets at home and were denied water by the staff even though we explained our situation. There was no line, and the employees were just standing around talking. We weren’t asking for anything fancy, just a basic cup of water on a hot Arizona day.

As loyal customers, we were shocked and disappointed. That simple act of kindness being refused was enough to make a lasting impression. Our families and us will no longer be supporting Starbucks. It’s sad that common decency is no...

My wife orders a peppermint mocha coffee with whip cream. When when I got there to pick it up right out of the vehicle and the car cover off no whip cream. I took it back inside and the and the girl was nice enough and she said she would give us another one. I felt safe not to look at it go home and sure enough there’s some chocolate stuff all over the inside of it on the on the cupboard self and there’s no whip cream there was probably spit inside the cup. I will stop at either Starbucks, but no more for this place.
