Well my friends. You know the rules. I will praise an establishment and critique the bad ones. Last JITB, aka jack in the crack, was my favorite place to eat fast food because they have a pretty good menu. Not so fast my friends, doesn't mean that the food is any good anymore. So l ordered 2 jumbo Jack's with cheese 🧀, so how hard to mess it it up right!!! It was a slow time for this place and you can watch the line cook assemble my order. Well you would think the this food would come out hot 🔥 and fresh, now wow factor in this cheese burger, not here my friends. The cheese hamburger was dry, the burger is pre cooked and kept in a warmer. The manager asked me how was the the jumbo jack? I said still cold, the buns are stail, She said that the temperature was 190 degrees , man that would be hot but its not. I asked to fix 1 up for her to eat, she said that she dont like them. What is she really taking the temperature of? Anymore when I am paying $5.00 or $50.. dollars for food it will be hot 🔥 Fresh to order or YOU will cook it all over or if you can't you best just refund me. I have over 45 years of cooking experience. So step it up. Anyways I told the Manager Katy, she really didn't seem to care, most fast food management or people who works in fast food dont give a rats ass because they are not eating it, they hate the job, its a pay check for now. Anyways the food comes out like it have previously been made and have been sitting on the counter for a couple of hours. Oh yes I like to go out to eat, I can cook it but it's nice to have someone to do it for a change. It's a gamble to go out to eat. Just sayin my friends. Why cant my fast food be hot and fresh as l order it? Soposivly that's what we are paying for, hot 🔥 and fresh food but we can't seem to get it. Read moreHonestly I wish I could give this place less than one, and I don’t even write reviews. But holy sh you guys have some of the most incompetent people working for you. We stopped by here yesterday at around 5pm. A guy had been waiting for his food for over 40 minutes, telling us we were gonna waste our time here. Mind you, we were the only ones inside and there was only one car in the drive thru. Tall, African American worker came to him with his food, threw it onto the counter and it wasn’t even everything the guy had ordered. So he stormed out without anything. That’s when someone finally noticed us wanting to order. When I asked how long an order would take to make (since I didn’t want to be there for over 40 minutes either) to the short lady working the counter, she looked back at her tall coworker, rolled her eyes, snickered with one another, and then said “a long time.” Like? You’re grown adults, if you don’t want to be there why are you there lol. I mean easy money for you guys since you don’t do anything and still get paid. Read moreIf the crew want to operate this as a drive thru only location.. The owners should just close the lobby entirely. Friday-Sunday are busiest times for most businesses in Queen Creek. The lobby was dead and I understood why. As the person who was running the drive thru said “I’ll be with you in min” as her and 3 other employees ignored me the others times they were at counter. After that proceeds to take a drive thru order. While I understand the drive thru is busy, why is the lobby customer being left in the cold(literally as the lobby was damn ice box 11/9/2024)? Now I didn’t wait for too long, no more than 8 mins however I left the moment a drive thru was being taken and no one has even bothered to take my order at the counter. So I went order to pieology instead and did business with pieology.
Let’s talk about the night crew. I have been here when they’re on shift. You’ll get your order and they’ll take your order. You’ll also see a dirty lobby, employees sitting at tables on their phones then going back to make customer food. At least I get my order taken and I can get food though.
