I recently stopped by Raising Cane’s in Queen Creek, AZ, and I was genuinely impressed! From the moment I pulled into the drive-thru, the team was upbeat, efficient, and friendly — you can tell they’ve got a great vibe going on. The chicken fingers were hot, crispy, and perfectly seasoned — juicy on the inside with just the right crunch on the outside. You can’t beat the Cane’s Sauce — I’d come back just for that! The crinkle-cut fries were golden and satisfying, and the Texas toast? Buttery, soft, and grilled to perfection. I also appreciated how fresh and simple the coleslaw was — a nice balance to the meal. The Queen Creek location is super clean and well-run, and the service was fast even during the lunch rush. It’s clear they take pride in both their food and their customer experience. Whether you're grabbing a quick bite or feeding the whole crew, this spot delivers consistently great food and friendly service. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area — Cane’s never disappoints, and this location definitely holds up that reputation!

My husband and I have been fans of Raising Caines for years, it always been our go to for a quick meal and we love the chicken. Unfortunately in the past year, zxz this location has fallen short on quality, more than a few times during our visits. Our last visit I ordered the chicken sandwich, and it was horrible. The chicken was slopped with an enormous amount of sauce, and the bun looked like it was ran over by a truck. While I understand the crew gets extremely busy, I don’t believe there is ever an excuse to rush and skimp on quality. I called the store and spoke with the manager on duty. Explained my issue with the chicken sandwich and his response “So, you have a problem with the bun?” At that point I knew where the conversation was going, and I ended the call. This will sadly be our last visit. I truly hope the owner/general manager reads the comments and takes action.

It is surprising to think a restaurant can make it serving basically only chicken strips but Raising Cane's is always busy. We like their chicken and the sauce is good too. Although the chicken strips sizes can be a bit small on occasion. The coleslaw is tasty but a little on the dry side. Their fries are good but not well done, which is fine because we bring them home and put them in the toaster oven. The bread is good, if you don't mind the extra carbs. The service is fast and almost always friendly. Even though the driver thru line is long it moves rather quickly.

👎👎👎 This place isn't for everyone. Some good experiences and some very BAD. Well it's been a while since l have been here at the 🐓🐥🐤🐣🐔🍗 🏚🏘🏛🏡🏠⛺🎪. For the money 💰💳💸💷💶💲that you pay for this food. Yes this company is right, its finger food and soggy🍟 fries. WHY aren't my crinkle cut fries 🍟hot and crunchy? Dont they know how to cook the fries? I can't keep putting money, supporting this company because the quality is NOT that good. Chicken portions needs to be bigger order add more pieces to the order. Sooo this restaurant is off LIMITS. They will be ok, as long as people has monies, you will be open a little bit longer. What is that sauce? Yuck, is it mayo with ketchup? Thousand island? This sauce is returned as fast as they put it in the basket, l rather use ketchup since you dont really offer any real dipping sauce. How about sweet and sower, honey mustard huh? P. S. A response from corporate office l guess or it's a repeat robit. Not so fast my friends, will anything be done? Any improvements in the works or what? I dont think so. Until then, they are off LIMITS for now. Save your monies, use coupons, discounts dont pay full prices anymore. They are making BIG BUCKS 💲💲💲💲💸💸💸💰💰💰💰 off us. NEEDS BIGGER PORTIONS OF CHICKEN TENDERS, IT LOOKS MORE LIKE A CHILDREN'S MEAL. Until I see a commercial on tv or hear it on the radio that the chicken🐓🐔🐥🐤🐣🍗 portions are BIGGER The portioningis getting smaller, LOWERINGTHE PRICE MIGHT HELP BRING BACK YOUR CUSTOMERS. , I would come cack. I read all the reviews and alot of BAD REVIEWS and it seems like nothing is getting done. SO I DONT KNOW IF YOU ARE A ROBOT!!! WILL THE PORTIONING CHICKEN FINGERS TENDERS GET ANY BIGGER???? THATS WHAT IS IMPORTANT, BIGGER PORTIONS AND HOT FRIES, NOT LIMP OR SOGGY. WHAT WOULD YOU DO? I am sure that your corporation buys your chicken in bulk and your getting fare discounts, so past on the discounts on to your customers. Bigger portions, clean up the errors and people will come back. Frys has 2 pieces of chicken breast and 1/2 lb of potatoe wedges. Hot and fresh. For $7.00. It's your company and you are going to do what you want to. Yes your sweet tea is awesome 🥤👍 Funny your company commits don't mean anything if your BAD REVIEWS aren't corrected and see improvements. I know that you can't please everyone. But Atleast improve on bigger portions and train your staff how to use a deep fryer to make HOTTER CRINKLE CUT FRENCH FRIES. Leave the fries in the fryer a little bit longer. Time to lower your prices and you...

Worst drive thru experience ever had. When I was ordering through the drive thru a young lady was taking my order she sounded very annoyed. Didn’t even start off with any greeting, she was rushing me through out my whole order saying “is that it?!”after everything I said and constantly made me repeat myself. I was speaking VERY loud, to the point of almost yelling. I only had 2 box combos and a caniac. I waited over 15 minutes for my order as I was sitting in the drive thru. Everything on the receipt was ordered correctly. When one of the girls gave out the drinks I noticed right away that the drink was wrong. I tried to tell her and she ignored me, my friend even called for her attention and she slammed the window on us. We sat there waiting with the wrong drinks till they finally gave us our order. There was at least 5 staff members standing there doing NOTHING. One girl was trying to look “busy” by moving a few handfuls of sauce around the area but she wasn’t really doing anything from what I could see. The girls were just standing and side glancing at our car the whole time. When she gave us the right drink after trying to grab there attention for 15 minutes she rudely said “here’s your SWEET ice Tea”. I didn’t want to cause a scene in the drive thru, there was no line when we got there. When we drove off there was about 3 cars behind us. I called as soon as we left the drive thru and the manager Kevin answered the phone I told him everything about the experience all he had to say was “sorry for the experience I’ll make sure that I talk to our staff” I’m guessing they had a staff and manager change recently cause I’ve been to this location before plenty of times and I’ve never had more disgraceful service by any restaurant in my life. The highschoolers working at McDonald’s have more customer care then...

Update 7/7/2019: (Downgraded to 1-Star) I decided to pick up some food with the family today and take it home to eat it. Having learned to ask to have them separate the cold food and got food has been working pretty well the past 2 times we went, but now I am wondering if they recently hired a new position to spray down the food with a water bottle before they package it up. All of our food was soggy, including the fries and the toast that was in the box. It was drenched, as the breading just slid right off the chicken and the French fries were wet and limp with beads of water all over the inside of the box and all the food. I realize that there is moisture given off by hot food but this was absurdly wet, and unlike any other time we had ordered the food from the drive thru at any Canes.

Original Review: There’s not much joy in taking the food home and having hot Cole Slaw and cold Chicken Fingers because this restaurant chain insists on sticking cold food in the same box as hot food. Their staff has not considered Thermal Dynamics and what happens to hot and cold in an insulated environment.

For future consideration, please stop putting the cold sauce and cole slaw in the box with the hot food so that we can enjoy the meal at the temperatures it was intended to...
