I wish negative stars were an option - This morning my family and I came to use our coupon from the receipts that you get from purchases. Earlier this morning we used a coupon that didn't have a barcode, it wasn't a big deal since they just scan their wall which have all the codes there (if you have the coupon, even without the barcode). So we go again this morning about an hour later ish to order another drink with our coupon (another one with no barcode on it, but an hour ago they happily took it and scanned their wall, seeing as we had the coupon). This woman was very rude, seemed to have had a bad day and taking it out on us as customers. Every time we have had this woman at the window she seems very grumpy and rude. This was at 9:25am Tuesday January 14th 2025. My husband asked to ask the manager if she could take the coupon since earlier that morning the other lady happily took it since we had it and she can just scan the wall. She very annoyed pressed a button on her headset and said the manager said no because there was no barcode, we never even saw the manager ourselves (but earlier that morning the woman with the better attitude and good customer service had no issue taking another coupon that didn't have a barcode). This woman with the bad customer service later in the morning's coworker said she had already made our drink, and my husband said we'd take it since they already made it and they were just gonna throw it out anyway and waste it, and we can use the coupon and pay like before. But the rude girl said "No! Not without paying for it." All snarkily. And with a bad attitude. So we just ended up only taking the donut we got for our kids and just left the drink since they didn't take coupon, which was how we were planning to pay for it in part, like we had done with another coupon earlier in the morning. We've lived in other places with dunkins and this one by far has more workers with bad attitudes than not. They also don't always make drinks correctly. Sometimes they don't stir in the syrups whatsoever. The drink quality got a little better recently, but the attitudes and inconsistency of the rules is (especially when it's disrespectful or in the worst interest of the customer) is not acceptable. We will most likely be switching to Starbucks, where if they make an extra drink that isn't being used they will give it away, instead of wasting to be spiteful. I would have understood if they just took the coupon and said in the future we must have the barcode, and did so with an understanding smile and good genuine attitude. Instead of a frown and petty, rude attitude. This dunkin has very few good workers. There's only one we know of that has a consistently good attitude and quality customer service. This dunkin needs new management and all new workers over all. Starbucks or playgroundz or baylees is far better when it comes to customer service and drink quality. Quincy would be better off with no dunkin than this one with the treatment we got this morning. Unless this dunkin can reach out and make it right, we will bring our daily morning...

Little tip from someone that had a pretty successful business you hire people with brains and brawns. People that will do their job and beyond for the customers. Kids these days don't even know how to show respect to anyone these days and that's a shame, Ill never go back again. My dad wanted a small hashbrown so I went inside and there was this sweet older lady standing and waiting at the counter for a coffee and there was only two teenage girls working and they were both trying to make this poor ladlies coffee and they obviously didn't know what they was doing because coffee went all over the floor. The older lady looked at me in disbelief and rolled her eyes and let out a long sigh. She was totally fed up. When I finally got to the counter I said "I want A small hashbrown to go please." The young brunette girl yelled to the blond one, "I NEED A SMALL HASHBROWN!!" The blond girl yelled back,"ONE OR TWO SMALL HASHBROWNS?" I was thinking "O my gosh you have got to be joking right?". So the brunette at the register didn't even know how to use the register correctly so I ended up just paying her the exact amount and she took my money and I guess she also didn't even know how to open the register because it popped open and she said "O my god I got the drawer open!" I finally got to my car where my dad had been waiting for atleast 20 minutes for a small hashbrown and he opened the bag and there was only 5 hashbrowns in there! Is that the usual for a small hashbrown from Dunkin Donuts? I wonder where the manager was..... The brunette girl even thought it was ok to situate her pants and whatever else she was fixing right infront of the older lady! The blond girl looked like she didn't even do her hair, it was all stringing straight down and she was handling the food. They both looked like they could have been wearing pajamas too. Read moreI'm going to start off by saying I am from New Hampshire and there are Dunkin' Donuts literally every five blocks where I'm from, so keep in mind I am a serious Duncan Junkie!!!! Been living in MO for 5 yrs. So when I have to drive an hour just so I can enjoy what I love the most, this one has been seriously disappointing in the last 3 months. And to be honest, I don't even know how they are still open. This Dunkin's is seriously going downhill, and it's the only one for an hour from me in either direction!! The last three visits I have been there, they have been out of creamer 😠 and flavors like my blueberry shots and the pumpkin spice! When you go to dunks for coffee, a coffee place, mind you... how are you out of creamer? How are you out of flavors that you're advertising? The donuts have been dry and very few selections. Ask them to make wraps and their out of the items too! The only one for miles and then the crew 🙄 all I'm gonna say is if you don't like your job find a new one.
