IHOP — Restaurant in Quincy

My sister and I visited this IHOP on August 17, 2015. I ordered a senior 2x2 and asked if I could have fresh (cracked) eggs with cheddar cheese scrambled medium well.When the order came I told the waitress that was not how I wanted my eggs and repeated my request. She tried to convince me that I got what I ordered but when I insisted she said she would let the cook know. She returned and told me that the cook said they cracked their eggs early in the morning and had them in a container that they used throughout the day. I told her I didnt want those eggs. She said she would let the cook know, then returned to tell me that the cook would remake them but it would take a while (2 eggs). They never came, she said the manager said that is how they prepare scrambled eggs. I asked for the manager, she showed about ten minutes later and asked what did I need. I explained the situation and asked if that is really how they prepare their scrambled eggs, she said yes. I told her how unhealthy that was which made her very unhappy. We went back and forth for a minute and she said what can I do for you. I told her I would like for her to get out my face lying about the eggs because that was unheard of. She asked me to leave her store, I said I can do that but I'm not paying. She said you don't have to. I said by the way, may I have corporate's address and phone number? She said find it yourself. I will do that but will never visit this site again. Imagine eating eggs that have been setting out all day. Also, imagine being a cook and cannot crack two eggs and scramble them...

Staff, LEARN how to treat people that come to this placeto eat.

Here is how I was treated so badly by the lady staff. I order falvored coffee and asked Syrup on the side that I usually ask for but NO they don't give it. Come on lady.. I have been visiting this place for years now and I know more than you what they serve.

Spoons were not clean. Table was not clean. she did not give straws for the water glass. We asked for it.

She dint give the cream for coffee. We asked for it.

Coffee was too sweet because of too much syrup although I asked not to add syrup. Who cares uh?

Onion rings and Mozerill sticks were not cooked at all. Looked like taken from frozen packet and put it on the plate and served.

After all these, I said I am leaving and don't wanna eat since nothing was good today.

Man... She didn't even ask SORRY. Did not ask why were we leaving. She just started cleaning the table. She didn't even whats the problem. What kind of people that works in a place like this would do it?

Worst attitude. Are you giving food for free? Or with the Money out of your pocket? I have been visiting for years... But with lady like her in this place, I would never come back. Have nice pan cakes and coffee.enjoy.

This IHOP is unprofessional and clearly not prepared for the morning shift. My man and I went into this establishment assuming that we would be seated right away since it was early and not busy. We were seated after about five minutes. The waitress Lisa sat us in a booth close to the kitchen, where we could hear EVERYTHING they were talking about. The staff are complaining about the work loads being unfair. They were also swearing and throwing the FBOMB around like it was a family friendly conversation. It took about ten minutes for Lisa to come back to take our order. We happened to order the strawberry banana pancakes just to find out that there’s no banana. And as Lisa was putting in the order we hear that there’s no banana and the strawberries are frozen because someone didn’t take them out early enough to be warm on the pancakes. We were given only two little syrups for both of our meals. And it didn’t even cover the top pancakes. The hash browns were only cooked on one side and they were cold with no flavor. Maybe they were having one of those mornings. But the guests should alway come first. And we don’t want to hear the staff complaining about their jobs while we’re eating. It makes us feel like they don’t care about the business or the food they serve. We won’t be going back to this establishment again...
