Terrible experience. ordered curbside and eventually app said it was ready to come to us. We waited 20 more minutes before going inside and it was madhouse of upset people. I eventually was able to talk to someone and they made our order but did it incorrectly despite it being written correctly on the ticket. happy meal toy, milk, and extra fries all missing. no one got dipping sauces, and overall things were cooled and tasted poorly. even fries were inconsistently salted.
lots of people were in there complaining and employees seemed to be hiding out from the chaos. No one was showing leadership in there and in my opinion they should have stopped taking orders and DEFINITELY not said order was complete when it definitely was not.
I had my child with me who was very upset at the long wait and then that her meal was missing many things. This also wiped our precious evening time. We chose McDonald's because we expect it to be fast and at least consistently made food and were disappointed on all counts. This is second time in past 3 times we've been here that something similar happens.
update 7/19/2025:
I went to this location again because manager called me about previous poor experience a few days prior and said i had to come in person to receive a refund. I arrived during hours that manager said on phone they'd be at store. after waiting for someone at counter (they had no one at registers and were relying heavily on kiosks) the person that eventually arrived obviously only knew enough English to punch in menu items in the register so they had to go find help. then once someone else arrived they understood I wanted to speak to manager. they brought a manager but apparently not the correct manager so they went to go get that one. I waited there with my kid for 15 minutes for manager to eventually arrive. he gave us a partial refund of prior incident order and tried to explain away the problems. other manager gave more helpful insight that it was due to emplyee turnover.
anyway, while there we ordered food twice (once dine in and once to go) the first time the kiosk failed to print a receipt but it was OK because food was eventually delivered to our table. however they only brought one straw for two drinks. there was no self serve place to get straws or even napkins and getting a second straw required waiting for an English speaking employee to become available. as an aside I claimed a deal for a free coffee but black coffee that I wanted was unavailable. instead I had to order a "coffee" and customize it to remove the sugar and milk. bizarre.
for second order, a different kiosk also failed to print receipt and my app wouldn't show an order number. however it flagged that our ice cream cone was unavailable. I waited at the counter to ask about this in case I needed to get a refund or pick replacement item. at some point three employees were there speculating about what this meant before the manager who gave us the refund earlier showed up to make the order himself.
this place has really taken a dive in the past year. we used to get great service, great food, and quickly. now it feels like the staff is disorganized and the order technology is not working well. don't push people to use app/kiosk if it's going to lead to an objectively worse...
Read moreDa Da Da Da Da I'm hating it. The lines in this place honestly make it one of the worst places i have even eaten at. I had to wait 40 minutes to get my McChicken, of which the work was sloppy. The staff at this establishment lacking in skills necessary to communicate in the English language, either being some Somalia with questionable legal status or and oriental of similar stature. This language barrier adds time to the already long wait. Even without the inability to communicate, the staff generally have a rude, undeserving elitist attitude about them, as if they have something better to do, like they don't have time for the customer to place his order. Also the staff can seem inexperienced even though most hold this entry level job as a life time career, this is due to most having the math skills of a child in the 2nd grade, not being able to do the math involved in the calculation of the change in a reasonable amount of time, again adding the the increasing wait time to even order. On the topic of time, i went their on the rare occasion of only having one or two customers present and i made a simple order, however the wait for even this simple order was too complex for a staff with nothing better to do as is saw these baffoons miserably standing in the back until he finally realized that i had placed the order. I had gone back with a few people and we placed our order together, waited for the staff to realize that the had to make burgers, and when all that was said and done, they forgot half the order and denied that it was placed. Honestly one of the least efficient work forces that has ever graced god's green earth, but that is what you get when you higher unskilled, uneducated illegals for less then minimum wage. The staff also seem as if they do not see the signs that so clearly state that the must wash their hands due to the filthy nature of this pit of waste. It seems as if cleanliness is the last of their short list of concerns. Their also seems to ban an abundance of homeless vagrants hanging outside of the "restaurant" trying to savoir the coffee that the have had in their possession for well over a week. They will line up along the windows being for change and being an overall nuisance, i would be surprised that the authorities have not gotten involved with these shifty loiterers, but it just goes to prove the staff's incompetent nature. Honestly do not come here unless you are literally dying of hunger, even then you should...
