I don’t mean to be this guy who just rages due to a sudden high cost for such a lowly product, but I’ll be straightforward here! There was absolutely no service at all! I am not kidding when I say this, nor am I exaggerating, but the waiter legit took 30-40 minutes to come and take our order for drinks and another for food! Then after an hour, we waited another 30minutes for the food and another 30 minutes for the bill! I am usually great with waiting games but three hours for a dam meal is way too much, and the price! We ate three steaks the size of my palm and it costed more than 200$! Absolute rip off, not to mention the food! Just look at the picture! We took the picture of the food after we ate because at the end we found too much blood from a medium cooked steak (NOT MEDIUM RARE) rotten/blackened fries and all the skin of the potatoes were all mashed into the potato! I have no clue what to say other than the fact that it is a total ripoff! I am honestly surprised to see this restaurant steal working fine, decent amount of costumers at the bar literally nobody was dining when we got there and there was mostly either silence, the TV or employees chatting(not...

I used to come here every Sunday during football season. Staff were always pleasant, and the same bartender was on, so when he saw us coming in my partner's beer was poured and my coke was poured before we even settled in. However, I hadn't been in for a while, so a friend and I went in last week. I was very disappointed. He got a scallop and shrimp meal, and I got fish and chips. It wasn't very busy as it was a late lunch. The server was terrible. It took her more than 15 minutes to offer us drinks. Our meals took another 20 or so minutes to arrive, and my friend's meal was terrible. Instead of butter in his dish it was water. The food was tasteless. The server didn't come to the table again. When we were finished she didn't ask if we wanted coffee or something else. It took her another 10 minutes or so to pack up the rest of my meal. I don't expect a server to spend much time with us but it literally took her longer to bring the meal and pack it up than it took for us to eat. I was so disappointed. Having eaten at this location many times we were a bit disappointed in the service recently. First we were taken to a dirty booth. When I objected we were quickly shown to another booth. We decided on two 3-course entrees. The food was good as were the drinks. However our waitress brought the check BEFORE we got dessert. She sat it on the end of the table where we left it untouched. When she returned with the desserts, she asked if we needed change. We just looked at her. She put the desserts in front of us and left. When she came back, again she asked if we needed change. I said it's a card. First of all why should any indication of payment be given before the customer finishes a meal? Second the practice of asking whether or not change is due is totally unnecessary.
