I’ve been here several times with one of my good friends. It’s becoming one of my regular places to go for comfort food. I’ve had the pleasure of meeting Sheila and Maggie and Rolando are always amazing. They know what we like and they are always ready for us on a particular day of the week which tends to be a Saturday. Thanks again for the wonderful experience.

What a hidden gem of Quincy! Hand to God one of the best breakfast meals I’ve had in my 34 years on this planet. Had the two eggs on hash with toast and bacon. REAL hash! Chunks of pork and grilled onions, honestly incredible. SUPPORT this local business! We met the owners today and they were so kind and personable. Will be coming back again and again!

Been going here since i was a kid about 34 years and i hate to say that the service has changed i left very disappointed today i walked in with my 2 starving kids place was empty there was a table of customers already eating we sat ourselves i ordered coffee and my son a cocoa got my coffee and no cocoa we waited 20 minutes to order food and waitress never came so i got my coffee to go and asked for my sons cocoa to be made to go and left we ended up eating else where the service here has fallen apart no good for business or maybe they just had a bad day idk but my time was wasted is all i know i wont be back....Oh yeah and tables were filthy not cleaned stuck food and egg all over them this place used to be ran 100% better could also be cause theres 2 young kids working alone have no clue what they are doing...

(UPDATE) So this is my second time leaving a review here as I stated i always loved this place and been coming here since i was a kid so i decided to give them another shot and ate here again a few weeks ago Ive changed my original 1 star to a 2 star only because the waiting staff improved compared to last time the girl was on top of our needs and did her job well and was friendly as for the food i was very disappointed ive been ordering the same meal since childhood (2 eggs, with toast, corn beef hash and homefries) my main reason and favorite part of this dish has always been the corn beef hash and the amount of it on my plate but this time the food was quite disappointing and im sad to say it for the owners sake cause i know she cares and i dont wanna see her business fail i meet her once before during the pandemic and she is very kind and wants to succeed in her newer business venture and i hope to see this happen with 5star reviews she deserves it so anyway back to the food, my toast was not toasted it was just bread with butter, my eggs were under cooked leaving it flavorless, the cook left about one table spoonful of corn beef hash on the plate the only decent part of my meal was the homefries but anybody can cook that correctly i would hope so the whole meal was disappointing for me i was shocked at the minimal amount of hash on my plate literally one spoonful and it didnt taste good at that little amount he gave me it was pathetic the newer owner definitely needs to make some changes here i will be back once more in attempt to get my regular plate of hash and eggs toast and homefries and if i leave disappointed one more time i will throw in the towel and never return but if all goes well i will give another updated review and change the star rating to where i see fit the old owner Jeff formed this place into what it is and built all the longterm customers like myself i wouldnt change the way he served the food or take away from certain portions of meals that he made famous in the neighborhood, cook that corn beef hash enough please toast my bread, cook your eggs enough, and give me reasonable amount of each portion i dont want my plate overflowing with homefries i want my damn hash haha please for...

Two stars only because I feel bad for this place. Ordered a broccoli and cheese omelet, was THE worst I have ever had. Broccoli was hard as a rock, no seasoning on the eggs at all, no flavor from the cheese. There was somehow very high water content in the omelet and was sitting in a pool of water. The potatoes were way over seasoned and not cooked enough, the potato was still hard. The toast, however covered in butter was somehow drier than the Sahara desert. The coffee was decent. But like, I order a coffee, it gets poured, then I'm looking around for sugar and spoon, the waitress was on here phone, didn't want to bother her so I found a table that had sugar, grabbed it and just stirred with my knife. For almost $20 for an omelet and coffee, this was a complete disaster. Thankfully (possibly the owner) overheard and stopped the waitress for charging me. I still tipped out of pitty for this place. On top of all that the "cook" started arguing with me about the meal and that he cooked everything right. I have toured the country as a live sound engineer and tour manager for 10 years. I have been to every city 15x over. I lived at greasy spoon diners on omelets and coffee. This place, by far the worst. Good location, kinda neat inside if you ignore the duct tape keeping some of the seats together. Better food will bring more customers. Just go on youtube, find any good diner and just copy exactly...

Honestly probably one of the worst breakfast experiences I’ve had in Quincy. I called in a take out and they said it would be a half an hour. Not a problem, I figured it would be busy so I gave it an extra 15 minutes. When I go in, the lady at the front made eye contact and would speak at me. She just stared at the wall. After about a minute of this i say I’m here for take out. I get a very angry response of “well, when did you call it in?” I responded with a good 45 minutes ago. To which I get a “well, we have a lot of orders you know.” So I stand there and wait another 10 minutes and in the process they dropped my toast on the ground and then put it in the bag. But the final straw for me is when I finally brought it back to the house, the portion was children sized and the potatoes were undercooked. Truthfully I will never venture back and I plan on telling other people to stay...
