Omg had to edit the review sadly for another bad experienceâŚwent to cancel my membership there were no question asked on why or if anything was wrong that they could fix itâŚnever saw so bad costumer servicesâŚcanceled the membership and apparently they will permanently canceled it next month well 1 month later and for my surprise the guy didnât even let me know he was like your membership was canceled you will receive an emailâŚwow hey $24 in trash hopefully it is used by youâŚapparently you guys are doing so well that you care less if you lose a membership Very disappointed! Not what I was expectingâŚfirst time there, no one showed me around worse let them know it was my first time there and first time on a gymâŚtheir response was well you have to download the PF appt and you will have everything you need there! Omg wowâŚthen he scan the bar code and that was his help well beside showing me from the desk where the restroom was because I asked, was not even comfortable to go check the restroom!Was very disappointed not seeing that they clean the equipment apparently who uses have to clean it themselves⌠wanted to go to the spa, was standing at the front desk waiting for the staff to be done with their conversation then ask how to use the spa I had to kind of force them to show me correctly (all their answer was you go to this computer and schedule the time you want, like excuse me can you explain and show me please I have never done this before have no clue on nothing and everything) very very disappointed at the staff! I have the Black card I thought I was at least going to have someone to show me how to use the machines ha ha ha if they were not able to show me the place properly worse other things! Will try another location if the same staff my memberships will definitely endsâŚI guess you get what you pay for basically! Was there for about 15mn only! Staff needs more costumer services training for sure, and to learn that for real there are people that has no clue on what to do at a gym a little help does mot cost ( I saw a couple people walking around clueless while no one cares from the staff part beside they been at the desk talking...
   Read moreThe club is well equipped and the general workout areas are clean. My issue is with your overnight desk employee (I was there from approximately 1am to 3am).
You seriously need to do a secret shopper on your location, and send someone in to test this person's interactions. They are abrupt, rude, dismissive, denigrating, quick to get frustrated, and quick to anger.
They were rude to me in two different interactions, and I saw them get irate and shout very loudly at someone over a small thing that could easily have be handled with a conversation.
Just for one example, he was extremely irritable and unhelpful when I went to sign up to use a hydro massage bed. I had never seen the automated reservation terminal before, other clubs I have visited don't have them.
He was already annoyed that he had to help me. But he came over to help. The interaction went something like this:
Him (gruffly): "You got a membership card?" Me: "Yes" Him: "Gimme the card" Me: "Well it's not a card, it's on my phone" Him (waves his hands in frustration): "Gimme it" Me: "Well it's back in the locker. I don't carry the phone around while I'm here" Him (gruffly): "Go get it" Me: Well it's all the way back in the locker, I just scanned it in a few minutes ago, can't you look it up by name? (another club did, without my even asking) Him (getting mad and waving his hands and shaking his head in frustration): "Go get the card"
As I said, on the same night, he also yelled very loudly at a woman who made some sort of mistake with the massage chair. I wonder whose relative he is, that got hired as a favor to someone, because I simply cannot believe every possible candidate was worse...
   Read moreThe reason why i gave this rating is just because they have poor costumer service. I signed up for my black membership 2 weeks ago and in my first day as soon as i walked in i felt the immediate need to leave. The ladies at the front desk looked like they were bothered from anyone, maybe they were having a bad day who knows. Planet fitness claims that you would have a tour of the facility on your first day so you can have a general idea on how everything works, a big NO, not only i didn't get a tour but also it come to the point where i was feeling pushed away and afraid of asking questions. Anyway i did ask some general questions about my membership and what machines i could use given that i have the right to ask and they were giving me that information like they were doing me e favor. Anyway i guess I'll figure it out myself how everything works there. I work in costumer service too and at least i am friendly with the costumer regardless of my mood/bad day. Seriously these ladies need some training, actually no, they dont need training but an educational course.
Oh and dont forget people who worked for long time in a place they tend to familiarize and act as they were owners. Thats not right because thats when you start making mistakes...
