Arby's — Restaurant in Radcliff

If I could give zero stars I would! This is by far the worst Arby's I have ever been to. We went through the drive-thru and we got two grilled Rubens a beef and cheddar and two fries. The fries were old and hard like they were fried sit in the basket for a long time fried again and then sat in the basket for a long time The grilled Rubens are the saddest thing I have ever seen All I asked for was light sauce and they didn't put any sauerkraut on there very little cheese and very very little meat there was hardly anything except for bread very little sauce and very little meat on both sandwiches. When we went back into the store and showed the manager that there was no sauerkraut and very little meat and that we've never seen a grilled Ruben come like that from any Arby's we've ever ate at and she replied with well my cook Weighs the meat and we always put 3 oz on them when he remade the sandwiches for us we watched him remake them and he never weighed anything All he added was a little bit of sauerkraut and the meat was exactly the same very little no way it was 3 oz but when you look it up it says they're supposed to be 3 and 1/2 oz either way it didn't look like any of the other Arby's Reubens plus when you order at the window they continuously ask is that it is that it anything else before you even get finished talking we will never eat at the Lincoln trail Radcliff Kentucky Arby's ever again and I wouldn't recommend anyone else giving that I read all the reviews after we had already ordered our food and went through this and all of the reviews are one star and say about the same thing sounds like they need to clean house. Went into the restaurant and ordered our food. While we were getting waited on by the employee they were constantly scratching their head with no gloves on and then proceeded to hand me our cups with the same hand. Then while waiting for our food the same said employee was scratching his head and touching his face with no gloves on and never washing his hands before he handled any of the food that he was handing out. Mind you, this can be seen by anyone standing at the counter or the front door. I asked to speak to a manager about it and informed them that he really needs to wash his hands and wear gloves when handling food to the public or anyone for that matter. It was very disgusting and highly unprofessional. This was the worst experience I had ever had there and I will not be back to that location ever again. When the employee was told by management to wash their hands and not to touch their face they told the manager "I can't touch my face?" NO you cannot touch your face and then handle someone's food that is very unsanitary and absolutely disgusting. Training needs to be completed with...

Where to begin. The roast beef meat has clearly been replaced and changed to a cheaper poor quality thing. Taste, texture, feel and smell is very noticeable. Last two times we visted we even found a bone piece in the sandwich. Never ever I ever found a bone in Arby's meat in my lifetime. Sad quality of meat they serve now. The restrooms, wow. No real cleaning happening or restocking of supplies. You even inform them of the restroom problems and they argue between themselves on who will go clean it. In the end it didn't get clean while we was eating there. Oh, they take way too long to make and get the order for you. They had more than enough people, just not very productive ones.
