Okay, im not going to this location anymore. I get im only one person, but maybe my review can save others some hassle in the future. I usually don't write reviews but I feel like after tonight, warrants one.
One time back in July I ordered like three plain double cheeseburgers with fries and drinks and each one was like fully dressed and they tried arguing with me I didn't put plain so I showed my app.
Second time, in October, they gave me a diet coke with ice when I asked for regular coke and no ice, and tried arguing on me with that and once again showed my app (my issue with this was diet coke has aspartame and is a migraine trigger for me).
Today I waited in drive thru for 30 mins, which is fine because it was like 630p when I got there. Got to the food window at like 7p, got my tea, another five mins for the fries, then waited another three, and then was told to pull forward and wait for my holiday pie because they just came out and they'd have someone bring it out to me. Okay I can wait a couple more mins.
But then 10-15 mins pass while I'm sitting there in the drive-thru waiting area, and finally go in. I wait another five minutes after that for someone to finally look over and answer me after some rude boy heard me say excuse me and looked at me THEN ROLLED HIS EYES and acted like he didn't hear me. So I finally get someone else's attention, explain the drive thru thing then waiting to the side and that I was waiting on a pie. She said oh, holiday pies just dropped and have 10 mins. I know my face gave her the look of excuse me with a raised brow and I said what? I was told that they were done and to wait for someone to bring me one. She said something like that batch sold so we dropped another. I was like okay, no, thats not fair because I (and someone else in the pickup area behind me) were waiting on them (myself 1 and them like 3 I think) and you're telling me they sold out between then and me coming in? And she just gave me a blank look and shrugged. I said well I paid for a pie but im not waiting another 10-15 mins for one. So just gimme an apple please. She disappeared for a couple mins and came back with one, so I just grabbed it off the counter and left. So I didnt leave the McDonald's til about 735p
I am typically a very patient and understanding person, especially with retail/food workers and especially the holidays. But this was just blatant disregard in my opinion because they weren't that busy in store and drive thru was going steady as well as curbside. But I will say I was and am still upset cause I had been craving that pie since it released and every other location didn't have em or kept selling out. But this location literally does not seem to have it together and I have a few friends as well who have had issues with orders...

It's like half the crew isn't even aware they are at work. There's no team work. Nobody waits on people at the counter. When you do place an order you wait at the counter for 30+ minutes cause all they do is focus on the drive threw. Your wait times are so long and th staff so un freaken unorganized that nobody even helps the folks at th front counter.
I have never ever ever seen anything like this store. The service rating is 94% on cleanliness. One of the demerits was food not stored at safe levels for bacteria growth.
I felt forgotten about. I felt bad for just standing there and being a human.
These people were so afraid to talk to me or so rude that they won't even answer your questions.
I have to ask what the hell is going on at this location? I put in a complaint to corporate for this location. That's how terrible it was. Out of all locations of any food place this one was the worst.
Instead of telling people have a good day.. and not even look at them...
How about looking at people and saying "my pleasure"

They don't. McDonald's wait times are so long for a coffee it just becomes stupid. It's just stupid. Why does it take 15+ minutes for hash browns. They only need to be deep fried bro. Like it's 4:30 max.
I could go on but Jesus where does a reasonable person start? How much do I have to say for y'all to work as a team and get service done????

In your managers words I don’t know her name but she wears glasses but because her employees aren’t trained properly on split payments she want to get mad at me and yell out from behind another manager Dennis “ ON GOD YOUR’RE RUNNING UP MY DRIVE THRU TIMES “ so the young man who was taking payments didn’t know how to take the split payment so he tells us our card isn’t going through but it’s because he didn’t put the .02 cents in cash first so after us staring at each other he then decides to get help seems like he was scared to even ask for help which I don’t blame him I’ve seen how she treats her new employees (like they’re less) so he finally goes to get help Dennis came to help he had our .02 cents in his hand told us he can’t do the split payment without cash we said that’s why we gave the .02 for the difference and I guess he was even stumped smh but he puts the change in and goes to run the card and says we’ll just give it to you and the bigger lady manger then proceeded to yell ON GOD BECAUSE YOUR’RE RUNNING UP MY DRIVE THRU TIMES! Look times are hard right now and I’m sorry to inconvenience you to the point you feel the need to disrespect your customer and make them feel worse had your employee been trained properly on split payment and him not being scared to ask for help we could of saved YOUR DRIVE THRU TIMES! And if one car messes up your times for the whole rest of the night for your shift that sounds more like a poor management problem I’m just saying, I already was avoiding this location to begin with because she is rude as hell along with the old white haired guy manager but sometimes I don’t have to gas to drive to the other side of radcliff just to avoid poor customer service and it’s worse when it comes from the managers.
