This was the worst service I've ever received from Wendy's! I waited OVER 30 minutes in the drive-thru at 11 pm at night with only 1 other car in the line! Once I got to the window (I ordered my food via the app & paid) it took them 15 more minutes. 3 ppl at the window with it wide open, 1 counting money, 1 yelling for another worker, and then openly debating whether they have enough chili left for 2 large orders. Which I hear him tell her no but instead to put them in 4 small containers and fill them up, even though the lady tells me they're out of large containers so I'll be getting small!! Like REALLY u think maybe I might have HEARD YOU? She gives them to me and I ask, Is the sour cream & cheese in the bag as well? Oh no I didn't include those. So she yells for another worker, asks about a cup of cheese and sour cream which this worker tells me, "Oh I'm out of cheese & sour cream!" I then tell her "uummm no I already paid extra for all those, The app didn't say anything about being out. So I need my condiments or a refund. " They so conveniently find both. Then when she hands me my bag with my son's food and the condiments, it's FULL with an obscene amount of crackers!! I mean so many that I've had enough, I tell the lady to take that bag back and remove most of those crackers. I also asked her what was wrong with her. I get the wrong size Frostee, & they totally forget my son's drink! At this point, I'm so frustrated I don't even care to bother about the drinks! I drove off at 11:45 pm!!!! With 2/3 cars lined up behind me. I will add that once home, the chili was AWFUL and that's normally my favorite from Wendy's, The fries were lukewarm upon getting them, and the nuggets had been sitting and tasted that way. I normally enjoy Wendy's but this disappointed. The employees were extremely unprofessional, and I still can't figure out why it took 40 minutes to get through that drive-thru thru and there were at least 4 ppl still working!?? Read moreFor years I was a regular customer at this Wendy’s location but because of poor management and a plumbing problem which caused the sewer to back up into the dining room saturating the carpet month after month after month, it was just too unsanitary to eat there. Finally, after the owners spent thousands of dollars in renovations, I thought I would give this location another try. However, despite the cosmetic renovations having been completed nearly 2 months ago, the plumbing issue was never resolved and water continues to back up onto the newly installed dining room floor. Although the dining room is now open for take-out (only from noon to 4 p.m. each day), there is still no dine-in service available because of this perpetual plumbing issue which should have been fixed years ago. I had been frequenting the drive-thru 3-4 times per week since the renovations for the apple pecan chicken salad but over the past 4 weeks, the salad has been prepared without the cranberries. Generally, I simply did without but on 5 separate occasions I spoke to the manager and asked why the cranberries were not included. Each time he responded that it was the fault of the salad preparer. When I asked today why the problem hadn't been corrected over the course of 4 weeks, he told me it wasn't his problem and that I could speak to the GM about it. He was rude and insulting and has no business being in a position of management. I fully understand that Covid seriously affected the restaurant industry but the problems here are much broader and of a systemic nature. The GM was equally incompetent when she finally called me about these issues. Read moreI hate to leave such a negative review (no i don’t) because i work in fast food and have for over 6 years and i know how absolutely insufferable customers are, but i guess it’s my turn! but this is an abomination of a store, i was shorted a dollar in change, and that caused a massive problem (really shouldn’t have, simple fix, count the drawer, find the money!), they asked us to pull up while they sorted out the “problem”, we waited 20 minutes after we pulled up, with just drinks, no straws or food, i took a sip of a drink to determine what was mine, because they were not marked, and none of them were my drink, so i walked in while my family was waiting in the car to get my correct drink because clearly they cannot be trusted to, only to find out that they are out of my drink, which would have been fine, i would’ve picked something else, if they had just told me they were out of it, and let’s thank god i don’t have VERY COMMON health condition that could be GREATLY AFFECTED by spikes in their blood sugar, some people order diet soda because they like the taste! others order it so they don’t spike their blood sugar! they could have seriously hurt someone, people might be irritated by hearing you’re out of things, but i promise they’d rather hear that than suffer the consequences of someone else’s incompetence. If you would like to wait about 25 minutes (with a hungry family in the car) to be shorted money, get the wrong drink, and get home with cold food for a family of four because they had to fix their own mistake because of the staffs lack of knowledge of how to count, and inability to get you your order in under half an hour, then...
