Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Rahway

Definitely the best Dominos I’ve ever had. Always fast, always hot, never any problems (knock on wood)....

That was my first review posted almost 6 years ago when I had just moved to NJ from NY. But today I had the most horrific experience with this Domino's which by the way is at a new location on St George (maybe they are under new management.) I ordered pizza which is a weekly tradition and it was delivered, placed on the porch railing without a call or ringing of the doorbell. So of course it was cold when I stumbled upon it. I called to speak with the manager in order to make him aware so that it's handled better in the future and this is where everything went south. His name is BILL (he refused to give his full name) and he was the worst customer service representative I have ever encountered. He was extremely rude, condescending and very unprofessional. I was not allowed to speak without his constant interruptions and condescending, mocking remarks. He defended his drivers action because he says the order states to leave on porch-contactless delivery but does that mean he shouldn't have called to inform me that the order was delivered? My order has stated the same delivery instructions since Covid but I was always called when the food was delivered. Several years ago I had another experience there where I called to address a concern and the manager handled it wonderfully and made me feel like a valued customer but I will never buy from this establishment again and I am greatly...

I called in because their website wouldn’t allow me to place the order. I was placing the order for my mother whose trying to order pizza and wings for her patient. After trying for 20 minutes every which way possible I decide to call in to the store because that’s what the website kept instructing me to do. I have attached a screenshot.

I call in to the store and I’m speaking to a lady who was very curt. The second I said if she can help me with the online order which was a 5-5-5 deal she cut me off mid sentence and told me there’s nothing she can do. She wouldn’t even let me speak and I asked her if there was a manager I could speak to that could help and she said she’s the on duty manager. I said to her how can you not honor the order of it’s an error on your website?

She just kept saying that I don’t understand what I’m doing and that I need to do it there’s nothing for her to do. She was SO RUDE my family was listening on speaker and appalled how she has ZERO customer service skills, UNPROFESSIONAL and definitely should not be a manager.

Then she hung up on as I was speaking - but she didn’t let me speak the whole time. I called back and she put me directly on hold. I called back again (I just wanted to this “manager’s” name) and she was speaking like a teenager mocking me and making sounds being extremely disrespectful I wish I had recorded it because it’s truly appalling you would put this woman as a manager. Had to give this location (1019 St Georges Ave, Rahway, NJ 07065) 1-star to leave a review but they deserve ABSOLUTELY NO STARS!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!!!

The general manager supposedly called NORMAN (since he initially refused to give me his name, probably because he was lying) was extremely rude and had horrible customer service. He literally ordered me to leave his store and threatened to call the police instead of honoring my points for a FREE medium pizza. Long story short, I called the store to place an order and asked how do I redeem my points since I am calling in the order. I was told to show them the points when I come in. I did that and the manager said I called a call center and was given wrong info. I said ok, I thought I called the store directly but can he please just redeem my points. He refused saying he WON'T give me a free pizza and then got belligerent ordering me to leave. When I asked for his info so I can call customer service later that day since it was 2am, he refused to give it to me and continued ordering me to leave "his property". He finally gave me a name after I said I wouldn't leave until he called the police to remove me. I just couldn't believe this was all over a medium pizza - WORST SERVICE!!!! I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM THIS STORE AND SUGGEST NO ONE ELSE...
