I came in on 8/2 around 9:15 AM. I ordered ahead on the app and informed the lady at the counter. She told me the app just started working again so they didn’t receive any orders.
When I spoke to the manager, who was very rude, she told me to just cancel the order. I informed her that it says that you are making the order so I can’t cancel it. She then told me that she doesn’t know anything about the app and they can’t see any orders so I won’t be getting my food. I told her that I was already charged for the order and she didn’t seem to care at all. The wonderful lady at the counter was very kind and apologetic but she obviously couldn’t do anything about it. The manager on the other hand didn’t care at all, just wanted to get rid of me, and didn’t even apologize. I just wanted a refund or at least to know what to do about getting one. I was forced to pay again for a meal that I already paid for. It would be annoying enough but it wouldn’t have bothered me so much if the manager tried to be helpful or even just apologized. I ordered on the wendy app. Came thru drive thru to pick up. I stated my name at the speaker, and the lady said next window, please. I said ok. I pull to the next window, waiting for my receipt. Noone at the 1st window. So I hear yelling hello hello hello. Imagine, my windows up music on just waiting. Instead of someone being at the 1st window, I'm told I don't need to go to the 1st window now how would I know that and second if a car was in front of Me technically I would still have to stop at the 1st window. When I got to the window he asked to repeat my order; I go the for my usual: a baconstor single, large 2 large fries, a medium coke, & two junior bacon cheeseburgers. The guy was moody plus I always go with $40 dollars and get Change back. Drive up attendant turns around and say I gave him two then why would I give him two $20’s.... The manager was nice she counted out the draw but he was $15.00 short she said.... I said well you need to check the camers....
