Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Raleigh

BEWARE! DO NOT COME HERE. Some trifling lady wearing no gloves and handles copious amounts of food and with a really nasty attitude. Dont even get me started on how she was handling yall food WITHOUT any gloves on. I don’t know who the lady was, because she didn’t even have a name tag but she looked slightly sickly like she was on something, and wore cheap mink lashes and some press on nails with cheap glitter topcoat. Me and my boyfriend came to this Chipotle because they were open late, how convenient. Though, me and my boyfriend stood in line for over 10 minutes and nobody at the entire establishment even acknowledged us and when we were trying to get their attention (mind you, they’re literally standing right on front of us) they would stare hard back at us. So, we ask the Attitudinal, FDA Violating lady is she is going to take our order or if there is anyone else to do it. She replied, with her slick mouth, saying “uh yeah, i’m changing the food.” and me and my boyfriend were both stuck because first you didn’t answer our question, and secondly there is no need for a tone…why do you work here if you have such an attitude and mad you gotta work? Didn’t nobody tell you to pick up this job. Anyway, it resulted in us just leaving because the entirety of the staff on June 6, 2024 around 10:10 PM didn’t want to do their job. Just sitting there and looking confused, they mentioned someone else would be taking the order but even if they weren’t there why didn’t you just do your JOB and take the order? They weren’t even doing anything, just standing there like background characters. If I could give it a NEGATIVE star I absolutely would. I don’t know how Chipotle allows people who work with 6 inch nails, tacky nails and without any gloves on, if not even that, allowing people to come to work with a nasty attitude because they have a job at Chipotle. I’ve decided to write this review simply because I despised the attitude of one (1) employee here. No clue of her name, but she was working at around 2:45 on January 6th. I ordered a kids build your own. Obviously I understand that ordering a kids meal usually means the portions are smaller, however I’m usually given a normal amount of meat when it’s ordered (read: enough for two tacos). Today, however, I was given maybe enough for one. It barely filled up half of the compartment in the container. It was, in a word, embarrassingly small. I politely asked the girl who took over after the employee gave me the portion for extra meat. I understand some employees will bend the rules and others prefer to upcharge for the extra meat. I had no issue with either. However, her response was “that’s a kids portion”. I’m sorry, I didn’t say anything about who is eating this, I asked for more. She was clearly denying my request so I, exhaustedly, asked for “extra meat.” Her response? “I don’t know if I can do that/some other excuse.” Hello??? I understand wanting to go your job correctly, but in this political and economic climate, working at a COLLEGE chipotle, why on earth are you licking the boots of someone who doesn’t care if you work or dropped dead today? Despised that attitude and I’m sure she would have ratted out Luigi Mangione if it meant she’d get a smile from the owner of a company, no matter how reserved. The cashier maybe accidentally forgot to upcharge me once the meal was finally complete and I finally got my side of meat and I am forever thankful. I even left a tip because I didn’t have to pay for a stupid additional side of meat. Like, honestly. Whatever....

Dirty floor with bags and food debris all over the ground behind the register but well within site

The food take out area is completely unusable because they have covered it in store paraphernalia,

The manager was there when the state of the store was in this wrecked state, 7+ workers and not a single one cleaning with 1~2 groups of people actually ordering, to slow for that many workers+to slow for there to be 0 cleaning,

I got a chicken carnitas, the chicken was the saltiest chicken I have ever eaten, and no, this isn't being dramatic, this is, i felt the grains of salt coating the dried chicken in layers,

The worst burrito wrapping id ever seen it was borderline a ball, the tinfoil didn't even fully cover the burrito like what??,

And last but not least after a 3 minute drive to eat the food, it was cold,

Sorry chipotle, this one was entirely a miss and I requested a refund, I'll edit if it gets me sick later, 🫡
