Dear Mr. Cheese Today we a great day. It was a little to warm to be outside comfortably so we headed to you place to play some games and fun indoors. Well we show up and it is not crowded. There is a couple other kids but my little has the run of the building without worry of older kids bumping her. As we were running around and having a fun time I happen to notice two works cleaning machine. And I don’t mean just spray and wipe. I mean take screws out and vacuum computer parts clean. As I look around I see everything is amazingly clean. Like the place was built this morning clean. Like my mom wanted me to clean my room all those years she told me too. I then thought about all the gents that come with a public place. Then the children who have bad allergies. We I am sure you know and that’s why you do such a amazing job at it. I had a great time today and will be back again.
Yesterday was the wee ones birthday. I thought what a better place to take her for her first birthday that to ride a couple look kids rides for her first time and see the lights. We arrived at about noon. Lunch time and the wife and I had not eaten yet. As we walked in we see all you can eat pizza for 7.50. Wife loves pizza and I wouldn’t mind a pizza buffet being a man and all. We walked and the attendant came right over. Put that you can’t get out with out your kid or some else’s kid( if you had kids why would you take more than just your home?? Yea I want another kids screaming my name all day). Anyway we go over to the rides and game. Lights flashing everything clean it has a start of the day smell. The little one was tired so I thought to myself, let’s eat while she sleeps a bit. We pay for the buffet and being a coke a cola man seeing Pepsi makes me order water 10/10 times. We ask them to make a supreme pizza which they happily did. We eat pizza but it wasn’t the pizza I remembered them having. It seem like they have changed to a frozen pizza and maybe add a couple toppings if you need other than pepperoni or cheese. It really tasted like a box pizza out of the freezer section of Kroger. They did have a salad and breadsticks. They were good. Then he brought out a cinnamon bun pizza thing. I then went to refill our water for the third time. As I do I see Mold in the cups floating around. I worked in the restaurant business for a while and if you don’t clean you drink machine tips and dispenser parts they grow mold. My wife calmly told the manager who apologized and gave up bottled water. He went straight over and started taking the machine apart and cleaning it. The gentlemen who was checking ever game to make sure it worked while leaving tickets behind for anyone who wanted to take them gave us a handful for the baby. The people who work there were very nice and I cant blame them for the food but I hope they do start cleaning that machine better. But they place is for kids and It seems the people who work there care...
Read moreAWFUL! Won't ever go back.... Purchased a meal and token deal using a coupon that they tried not to accept. My kids and I ate a piece of pizza (3 pieces)and went to play some games only to come back to our table (10 minutes later) and our food and drinks are gone. The table isn't cleaned and our personal affects still there. When I said something to the manager who was walking by he basically accused me of lying. Rolled his eyes to another employee and said "fine, I'll get you your free pizza". Not exactly the response you give to a paying customer whose shown you the receipt of their purchase.
The pizza was delivered to us by another manager and when I asked if they'd be getting the cups for our drinks (that they threw out) she asked me " if there was anything else I wanted for free today? Maybe some tokens for free?" I explained that I don't expect anything for free but do expect when I purchase something and someone throws it away on me I expect to be made whole again. Nothing more, nothing less!
The whole day was awful. Machines not dispensing tickets. (Try explaining to a 4 year old that they don't get tickets) I mean 2 out of 3 games not dispensing tickets. All but one machine to count tickets was flashing "call for help". 3 employees behind the counter and only one serving customers while a line backed out the door.
One poor girl handling tickets and prizes on a Saturday at 3pm. I wanted to jump behind the counter and help the poor girl who did her job with a smile. (Not sure how) No one available to assist with cotton candy and they were out of several toys they had in the display case. Poor kid after kid being told "I'm sorry but we don't have any more of those."
I don't expect much from places like this. I'm an adult and know it's just about money to corporate and the employees don't care about their jobs. But I watched more little kids crying today over no tickets, no prizes, no Chucky coming to greet the kids and no cotton candy. WOW! SAD!
Thank you but I'll spend the extra money and visit Dave and Buster's...

We took my 5 year old and her two friends to Chuck E Cheese for her birthday. Going into it, we weren't quite sure what to expect to spend because prices for games weren't listed on the website. What I can remember is at the bottom of the comment. Many games were geared toward earning tickets and not an actual game. Like swipe your card then press the button to see how many tickets you get. The ski ball machines weren't working. We also had an issue with my daughter's card and it kept erroring at the games so we had to wait in a long line a couple of times to get that resolved (which ate into our time that we were paying for). It seemed you have to wait in line for just about anything because there are two lines: prizes and everything else. We were in the everything else line 4 times and we ordered our food online (1. original purchase 2. card error 3. card error 4. getting cups for water)
If you like ketchup with your fries, you should bring your own. I'm fairly confident the ketchup used here is pizza sauce. Our kids wouldn't eat it and thus wouldn't eat the fries. The pizza was pretty good. The cookie was very good, but we had to go back to get it because it wasn't ready with the rest of our order. The pick up area is kind of goofy, but the guys working it were really nice and helpful (except when it came to cups for water and then we had to go get in the regular line to ask for).
Some expense information that isn't provided on the website: 45 minute pass: $25 60 minute pass: $30 30 games: $17 Trampolines: $12/person and...
