They have alright food compared to other places. We have ordered from them COUNTLESS times. Including lunch for work. They are usually late, but this was insane.
Now for the bad parts.
We ordered our food via online ordering. We placed the order at 8:50. The order confirmation and the e-mail I received stated that it would be here no later than 9:47. When we called them at 10:25 to ask where our food was, the guy (who refused to give us just his first name), told me that it would be there in 10-15 minutes but the delivery driver had two other stops to make. Which means it would have taken longer. At this point my fiance took the phone and that's when it got even worse. The man on the other end cussed at him and then hung up and blocked my number. My fiance called back on his phone, and keeping his tone neutral and calm tried to make this guy understand why we were frustrated. The guy actually wanted to come by our house after they closed to discuss it (but again, would not give us a first name). We finally had had enough and drove to the restaurant. We arrived at 11:05. They still had the "Open" sign on and the door was unlocked and the place was dead, even though he kept telling us how busy they were. We walked in and demanded a refund. He said "Oh good, I'm glad you're here I need your signature". We signed a receipt and voiced our complaints again. Now, once we started asking if this is how you treat your customers, especially ones that have been ordering from them multiple times, he actually said and I quote "I won't talk to you because you're high" which made the both of us laugh. That was unreal. My fiance then slipped the signed receipt in his pocket and right before we walked out the door he pulled it back out and asked "Didn't you need this?" and the guy actually said "Oh you can keep it" then why did you have us sign it? Read moreI wish I could give them no stars. The food is good (great in fact) but in order to eat the food, you have to interact with the staff, and therein lies the problem. It's not a language issue, because the people that speak English as a first language are impossibly rude. It's just that they give zero "effs" about how they're perceived and it shows. I used to get orders delivered when I worked up the street, but they used to take my order before the delivery driver even got to work, and wouldn't tell me that it might be as long as 2 hours before I could get my food. Then I got smart and started ordering my food for pickup. That worked fine until they screwed up my order and I didn't realize it until I got back to work. The woman in the kitchen had forgotten one of the two egg rolls I'd ordered and when I called to tell her about it, she denied it. I went back there, and she yelled that I had all my food. I pointed at the egg roll sitting on the counter (cold) and she goes, "Yeah, that yours!" grabbed it and dropped in my bag. She did all of this as if it was my fault that she'd forgotten to put it in the bag. "Customer service" is a completely foreign concept with these folks. If you're going to eat here, get it as a pickup and check your bag before you leave the store. It's a shame you have to do all that just to get some decent Chinese food, but that's...
Read moreWhen I went there to order wings and French fries for dinner, I saw that sign saying, " It is a fifty-cent charge for using a debit or credit card to purchase food under $10. So, I went ahead and paid $6.98 (almost $7.00 which I thought it was with my debit card), which was no big deal until she tried to rush me to sign a merchant copy without giving me the chance to fill out the tip and the total information. I told her that she had to let me fill stuff out before just signing the merchant receipt copy. She was almost rude with me as one of her customers. She almost forgot my cup of water, which was one of my necessities. The wings, French fries, and the water was great, until she fooled me with the hand sanitizer bottle which had actually liquid soap in it. I had to go straight to the bathroom and wash it off and then come back to use the real hand sanitizer, which I did. I probably would not recommend that restaurant in the future. Their sanitation rating was an A-/90.0. I wish it was better than that like...
