Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Raleigh

Let me begin by saying I love Domino's Pizza. I just don't like this one. They don't make the best pizzas, but I have had worse. They do make the worst Parmesan bread bites. I found this out the first and last time I ordered them from this particular Domino's. The bites were undercooked, greasy, and too much parmesan was used. I can't believe I just said there was too much cheese. Cheese is something it is hard to overdo in my opinion, but wow, there really was too much cheese.

The last time I ordered pizza from them is the last time until they get new management or all new staff or something miraculous changes. One of the things I love about Domino's is the tracker. According to the tracker, my pizza delivery guy (who was very nice btw) left the store 30 minutes before I received my order. The Prep, Bake, and Quality Check steps all happened within a timely fashion. The delivery took as long as the whole process normally does. If I understood the delivery guy correctly, he had to take multiple deliveries and some other driver left in the middle of the shift never to return.

You could order from here, pick it up, and just not get parm bites. That would be okay I guess, unless the pizza...

Last night I went to pick up a pizza that I ordered ahead online. When I arrived it was ready and waiting for pick up. I was paying with a gift card. The first gentleman(I think his name was Adam) tried to check me out but couldn't get the card to work. Another taller gentleman came to assist by offering to run it through the card swipe. Still didn't work. At this point they both had tried multiple times to get it to work. I knew the card had not been used and the receipt was still in my car to prove the amount on it as it was a gift for my daughter for Christmas. They didn't care. They gave me the pizza anyway. I felt bad that the store lost the sale but the second guy said he didn't want me to miss having my pizza! I was so grateful! I didn't even have my wallet with me so had no options to pay otherwise but they didn't even ask for alternative payment. What a blessing they were to me last night! I have ordered from this location many, many times and they are always friendly and the pizza is always hot and good! Keep up the good work! I hope to be able to offer a nice top the next time I return!! I wish I knew both...

Used the app to order and was glad to see a carside contactless pickup option. Arrived shortly after getting the app notification that our order was complete and ready for pickup. Checked in on the app and was told to turn our hazards on and wait. Waited for about 20 minutes while staff looked at us in our car but didn't bring our order out. Finally gave up and went in to see if something was wrong. We were told that they weren't doing contactless pick up and that we must have checked in wrong. We were the only people in the parking lot for most of the time we were waiting and the staff definitely were aware we were there and could see our hazard lights on. It wouldn't have killed anyone to check and see what we were waiting for. I don't see the point of offering contactless carside pickup if we're just going to be told that it's not an option - especially in the middle of a pandemic when that contactless option is sometimes a deciding factor in choosing a location. Didn't like being given excuses when a simple apology would have sufficed. And after all of that the pizza was good but it...
