Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Raleigh

Every single time we’ve ordered from this location, the orders have gotten to our apartment super fast and super hot and fresh. The drivers are all really friendly. Last night we ordered and the email quote said 30-40 minutes. The driver (my text update tells me his name was Matthew, no idea if that’s accurate!) got there in 25 minutes. We had already added a tip on the website when placing the order, but we decided to give him an extra $5 in person because he got there so fast. Instead of taking advantage and just taking the extra cash, he stopped my husband to ask him if he knew there was already a tip added to the order. Dude, I appreciate that so much. I’m a server at a restaurant so I understand what it’s like to work for tips. Sometimes you have moments like these where you have to choose between being honest or having more money. We have spent a lot of money at this particular location for well over 10 years. A few weeks ago when I ordered I noticed what appeared to be white/blonde arm hair in my pizza. I was grossed out so I discarded the pizza and didn't eat anymore. We placed another order on 04/09/2025 and NOT to my surprise there was another piece of hair that appeared to be arm hair sticking out of the side of the pizza. Upon picking up the pizza there was a white male with long blonde hair in a bun making the pizza but the manager lied and said they had no one there that fits that description to have white/blonde arm hair. The store manager (which sounded like an extra large white male) was very rude and dismissive and called me weird because I didn't want to disclose the number the order was placed with in fear that they would tamper with our food going forward if we decided to try them again. The manager aron are was very rude my wife put in order online last night at 9:37 for two sandwichs the habanoro we didn't get that we tryed to call back but was getting a busy signal so she call when she got off of work this afternoon to have them replace it so the manager aron gets on the phone and says that they made what we order online and it was right but how can you tell us it was right he wasnt the one that got the wrong food so and his words we are lieng about it which we wasn't like he show no concern about how he could make it right only want the food back which was thrown out but we have the receipt and what time we call back wasn't concern about the money i spent on some food that was wrong that service was bad ive been working in restaurants for over 13 years at the same store Smithfield chicken and bbq i dont treat my customers like that at all thats not good service so i gave this location a 1 Star id j could do a half of...
