Every single time we’ve ordered from this location, the orders have gotten to our apartment super fast and super hot and fresh. The drivers are all really friendly. Last night we ordered and the email quote said 30-40 minutes. The driver (my text update tells me his name was Matthew, no idea if that’s accurate!) got there in 25 minutes. We had already added a tip on the website when placing the order, but we decided to give him an extra $5 in person because he got there so fast. Instead of taking advantage and just taking the extra cash, he stopped my husband to ask him if he knew there was already a tip added to the order. Dude, I appreciate that so much. I’m a server at a restaurant so I understand what it’s like to work for tips. Sometimes you have moments like these where you have to choose between being honest or having more money. Read moreWe have spent a lot of money at this particular location for well over 10 years. A few weeks ago when I ordered I noticed what appeared to be white/blonde arm hair in my pizza. I was grossed out so I discarded the pizza and didn't eat anymore. We placed another order on 04/09/2025 and NOT to my surprise there was another piece of hair that appeared to be arm hair sticking out of the side of the pizza. Upon picking up the pizza there was a white male with long blonde hair in a bun making the pizza but the manager lied and said they had no one there that fits that description to have white/blonde arm hair. The store manager (which sounded like an extra large white male) was very rude and dismissive and called me weird because I didn't want to disclose the number the order was placed with in fear that they would tamper with our food going forward if we decided to try them again.
