Whenever I come here they are either out of a bunch of stuff, they forget to give me something I ordered or it’s just bad quality. I will say the manager when he’s there, usually in the mornings during the week is pretty good about fixing the issues but it’s a little ridiculous. I just went there (sat. Afternoon) and had a mobile order, I asked for a drink tray and the girl at the window had an attitude. I then looked in my bag and they forgot a wrap so I tell her. A coworker walking behind her goes “we’re out of the chorizo wraps” and I’m like so you were just going to let me drive off without telling me you didn’t have an item I ordered and charge me for it. I asked if she could give me one of the chicken ones instead and she goes yea. When the other person brought it over she acted like I was inconveniencing her and I said thanks and her response was a mumbled mhm and an eye roll. Got home which is literally less than 10 minutes and the frozen drink I ordered was not frozen and the iced coffee was extremely watered down and more cream than coffee on top of that. The hash browns tasted like chemicals and were barely edible. The wrap was mostly that. Just the wrap. See the picture. This place needs to get their act together. I’m sorry but no one is forcing you to work. If you don’t want to be there then quit but don’t give a paying customer attitude when they tell you an item they ordered is missing. I literally paid for it and she was just going to let me drive off without mentioning it. I gave this place 2 stars only because of the manager during the week and there’s one girl with glasses and braids who’s somewhat tall who is very nice and helpful as well. I usually see Both during the week in the morning. Other than that, this place needs more training for the employees and cleaning of the equipment. There should be no reason my food tastes...
Read moreI recently visited a Dunkin’ Donuts location and my experience was deeply troubling and unacceptable. As I patiently waited in line behind another customer, I encountered a manager named Bill, who greeted me with hostility rather than the usual warmth expected in customer service. Instead of a simple "hello," he immediately raised his voice and asked, "What's your problem?" This aggressive tone was shocking and unwarranted, especially given that I hadn't done anything to provoke it.
I was so taken aback that I struggled to express my request regarding a coffee remake. Bill dismissed my concerns outright, making it clear he had no interest in helping me. Despite my efforts to explain my situation, he continued to yell, telling me to take my problems elsewhere. This interaction escalated to the point where I felt humiliated and anxious, particularly given my health condition—I'm five months pregnant and have high blood pressure.
What made matters worse was the atmosphere. Other staff members laughed at my situation, adding to my distress. When I suggested I might contact the store owner, Bill’s response was aggressive and dismissive, further indicating a complete lack of professionalism.
This experience left me feeling devalued and disrespected as a customer. It's concerning to see someone in a managerial position behave this way, especially in a customer-facing role for a well-known company. The lack of basic courtesy and empathy is alarming, and I would hope that Dunkin' Donuts takes this matter seriously. Customers deserve to be treated with respect and understanding, not judged or ridiculed. I won't be returning to this location and would urge others to consider their experience before visiting.
this is why customer choose to spend 12 dollars at Starbucks at least they will remake the coffee for a customer who can not have heavy...
Read moreI visit this location quite often on Saturdays and Sundays requesting the same simple order of 1 donut and milk and every single time its like playing guess who with all the different types of donuts since every employee here doesn't seem to call the donuts the same name. I order what can visually be describe as a Chocolate Frosted and Sprinkles with Vanilla Cream donut and 9 times out of ten am handed a random donut, as if they have some blind monkey back there pointing at the first donut he sees and chucking it out the window. When I mention "this isn't what I ordered, I am told that this donut doesn't exist. When I insist that I come Here every weekend, they magically find it and tell me that it is called one of the following names: Bismarck, Boston Cream, Bavarian Cream, Manager's Special, and Frosted Vanilla Cream. If I try to use one of any of these names, I am run through the gambit again and told it is called something else. I don't understand why the employees are not consistently trained to know the names of each donut because honestly there's not THAT many. I have tried going inside the location so I can point directly at the donut and have STILL gotten the wrong thing. On my last visit going inside, the man taking my order asked if I wanted "Black milk" when I asked for a bottle of milk. I am completely awestruck that this Dunkin donuts has found and hired so many of the world's stupidest humans on the planet. Please save your time and patience and eat...
