I have visited this place 4 times. The last time was 1 week ago and i will never visit this place again.
When my husband and I ordered our food I very clearly stated that my husband was highly allergic to all seafood and peanut.
Once our food arrived my husband food was fine, but than i received my plate which was ACP with chicken, steak, shrimp but i was very clear i did not wanted shrimp on my plate due to the fact that my husband is allergic to seafood.
Ofcourse once my plate arrived i saw shrimp all over the top of my food and i immediately sent it back.
Maybe 1 minutes later some girl comes from inside of the restaurant to the outside area to where I was sitting and with an attitude she asked that why did I sent my plate back? I immediately told her because i clearly say no shrimp on my food and stated for the second time that my husband was highly allergic to seafood and she immediately left with a bad attitude to the point i immediately caught an attitude with her also.
5 minutes pass by and they bring my food out for the 2nd time. I had started to eat and had just mentioned to my husband that that ACP was good and that if he wanted to try some. Thankfully my husband stated no am good am too full know.
Thank God he did not take me up on my offer to share my plate, because soon after i said that i found half of shrimp on my plate. Clearly the people in the kitchen all they did was pick out the shrimp off my plate and sent the very same plate back to me.
I was very angry because they clearly do not know how dangerous cross contamination of food can be specially for those people with food allergies.
Few minutes later the same girl with the attitude came back out to check on us and that is went i lost it!!! I was very upset i stated that it was unacceptable what they had done in the kitchen and that we were very close on ending up in the hospital due to such of careless move from the kitchen.
She stated that she had talked to the people in the kitchen about the whole situation and asked if there was anything she could do to make up for what had happened. I immediately said no there is nothing you can do and make sure my plate is not charged because i clearly didn't even eat but 4 bites of my place before finding the half shrimp.

Read moreI was told that this restaurant was great! However my experience was not at all. I placed an online order on Tuesday around 12:30-1pm. I started to call the restaurant at 12:50 to make a change to the order and was put on hold twice. The first time the line went busy and the second time after waiting for more than 5mins I hung up and called back. By this time the phones were busy and I couldn’t get through. I kept trying the number for 20mins. That how long it took me to get there. Mind you I only get an hour for lunch. When I got there, I saw about 4-5 young ladies at the counter. No one acknowledged me until I said something. Then I explained to them my frustration about the phones no one said anything. Then I told them that I needed to add to my order. The lady rung me up and took my money. Come to find out she was the manager and her name was Ruby. When I found out she was the manager and I asked her why she didn’t acknowledge my complaints she looked at me and told me she was busy and could talk to me right now. But she wasn’t that busy when she rung my order up and took my money! I told her that I was the customer standing in front of her and that she should have acknowledged my issue. She then said again I’m busy with an attitude. I told her I would be reaching out to her boss and let him know how she treated me. I was so disgusted with the service that I threw the food in the trash on my way out. Unfortunately, I don’t know how good the food may have been now. My fist time there and this is how I get treated. I work in customer service and management and this is definitely not how you treat people, especially when they are spending their money in your restaurant. I went somewhere else and got my lunch. Read moreWe love the Rancherita off of Six Forks. Saw that they have one by us by the Mall. Decided to go there for Lunch. Went with my Hubby. It was just the 2 of us. The Hostess was sitting at the bar playing on her cell phone. Took 2-3 minutes before she noticed us. We get seated. We wait 10-15 minutes. One lady dropped chips and salsa off, but didn't say a word to us. Another table gets seated. Immediately the server asks for their drink orders, appetizers, and food. As she walked by we asked her who our Server was. She comes back and says she can help us. She takes our drink order. We asked for cheese dip to go with the chips. We told her we were ready to order as we had been sitting there for 10-15 minutes already. She bring my Hubby his water. I ordered a Dr. Pepper and she brings me a Sweet Tea. She brings me a Dr. Pepper and takes the Sweet Tea. Our food comes. We still don't have the Cheese Dip. We tell the guy who brought us our food that we no longer want the cheese dip because there is no point and to take it off the bill. I run out of drink. No offer for refill. She's not really paying attention to us. She is paying attention to the family that was seated after us. Halfway through our food she brings the cheese dip. We tell her we don't want it. We ask her for the check and 2 boxes. At this point the service has been so terrible my hubby goes to talk to the manager. Manager was perfect handled everything correctly. We were fine until we were about to leave and our Server rudely approaches us with an Attitude and asks us of we told him if it was her on her cell phone. She should have never approached us.
