I'm so irritated with this particular store that I don't even care to take the time to articulate.
The staff is unbelievably rude for the most part aside from a few that are unfortunately rarely working when I come by.
my order is incorrect so often it's a joke. I mean really, this is a business that sells just a few products and they can't even get that right at least 50% of the time.
I have literally been served all of the insides of a burger without the bun and handed all of this mess was placed inside of a plastic salad bowl. Funny thing is, all I ordered was a bacon smokehouse burger.. well done McDonald's.
Just tonight, I ordered a salad and a 10-piece chicken nuggets and got no plastic ware for my salad and 1 freaking sauce. Really? Thanks for that.
I often don't get sauces I request, we have been given incorrect drinks left and right, and there is one specific staff member that treats you like garbage if you don't donate $1 to whatever cause they are promoting, even though I donated several times throughout the week.
This is Brier Creek, not some garbage street in the middle of nowhere. Step up the professionalism and bring some quality to this store.
There's a huge sign in front that says a whole new experience and all I'm seeing is the same garbage experience as before.
management, wake up and train your staff and get rid of the ones that are draining the energy out of the store. Treat your customers with some respect and value. That'd be a great new experience from this place.

Read moreI initially asked for two small coffees then decided to order a small for my friend and a medium for myself and the guy taking the order startes laughing and made some smart comment like "I'm just trying to make sure you know what you want " when I asked him what was so funny. As we were leaving my friend's coffee slipped out his hand onto the floor by the door. He went to the counter and asked the 300 lb hispanic lady for a mop and she looked at him and started rolling her eyes and looking at him like it was done on purpose so he says to her that he would get it up and she just kept being very rude and nasty about it. I went to the counter and started telling the manager about how rude she was acting and she didn't say a thing but kept looking at me like I had a problem and looking like she was afraid of the 300 lb lady. Then the 300 lb lady comes up while I was complaining to the lady and butts in tge the conversation and then she starts saying something I couldn't understand and when I asked what she was saying she just motioned to the manager to open the door so she could go in the back. Then she started passing words with me talking about that's just the way she is and I told her then she needs to change and she states she don't want to and she wasn't right in front of the manager and the customer. I pulled up to the drive-thru window and was immediately asked if I had an app code. Which we repeated several times 6338. The employee kept reading the code back wrong. (6358, 6348, etc.) I provided the code clearly several times, but the employee taking the order repeatedly claimed she couldn’t hear us and kept saying, “That code doesn’t work,” over and over again. It felt less like a technical issue and more like confusion or carelessness on her end.
Instead of trying to resolve it professionally, she continued asking what the code was “for”, whether we were using it for points or something else as if she didn’t understand how their own system works. It honestly came across like she may have already applied the code to another order and not ours.
After several frustrating attempts to clarify, we decided to leave without ordering. I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but this experience was unprofessional and a waste of time. McDonald’s is a global brand, and basic app code redemption should not be this difficult. Better training and customer service are needed.
If she got off the phone and paid attention to what her “job” is she may have been able to take the order correctly.
