Never impressed when I come to this location. I try to avoid having to come as much as possible. If im stopping at this location its because of convience bc the next McDonald's is further along and my child wants nuggets. The customer service is always a toss up sometimes there professionally and customer service attitude is poor. 4 out of 5 times I have visited in a weekly spanned they are quick to park you when there is no one in front or behind you. Which is frustrating because there's no cars being serviced why do I have to park when i haven't been in the drive thru over 2-3 minutes. Also, order has been messed up on a few occasions and when noticed after checking bags employees have caught attitudes as if you made the order incorrectly which really leaves a bad impression on me resulting and me asking for a refund which I have on several occasions due to poor customer service. Read moreThis is a slow restaurant. Service always leaves something to be desired. The workers are nice but seem over-worked as if the management aren't allowed to staff this location properly. I go in to get coffee (of course) and use the WiFi to work so I CAN say that WiFi is GREAT! The tables usually have some residue from their previous guests but of course, there's not enough staff for them to keep up. Don't come here if you stereo-type people because your ideas of what people may do to you might make you nervous. There's a liquor store - I'm sorry, convenience store attached to it to make one complete store. So if you want a quick late meal and plan on getting your buzz on, they stay open pretty late. The consistency of how much they mess up orders is unbelievable to the point where over 75% of my orders are messed up in one way shape or form including down sizing my meals , holding onto my money/ consistently giving wrong cash back. Once I asked the manager “why do you guys mess up my meals so much” his response was “if we mess up so much why don’t you go somewhere else”?
