My last two visits I’ve seen a “be back in 15 min” sign (May 2018)

(May 2019) Edit to add: I come here a lot (basically every single Thursday) because my job is around the corner, and my team takes turns buying a round of coffees each week. Last week was the worst visit EVER. I had to wait in line a short time, about two minutes, but after I paid, I waited 28 more minutes for four drinks. No one forgot about my order, no one messed up, no one walked off their shift, nothing like that...the barista was literally working like molasses. I felt bad, because the woman at the register was nice and I could tell her coworker was stressing her out. Whoever hires and trains at this Starbucks needs...

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Both Elizabeth and Casey was the worst baristas I’ve ever met. I recently read an article that mentions free refills of coffee, tea and cold brew while you shop around Target and upon asking them about it, Elizabeth replied “no” very rudely and acted as if she’s knew the policies thoroughly. When I looked up the policy on Starbucks, it was indeed true that I COULD get free refills while I shopped in the store so the manager (Casey) allowed it. When I went back for a free refill of tea, Casey then said I could not and could ONLY get coffee and worst of all she was EXTREMELY rude, defensive and condescending. Worst experience and will...

I know Starbucks prides themselves on providing excellent customer service which I have gotten at all of my frequent/weekly visits. However, not the case this time. I arrived shortly after 8pm. I could tell the employees were cleaning up but the cash registers were still on. The website says it closes at 9pm and when I asked if they were still open they said there was nothing they could do for me because they close at 8. I made a comment about the website saying the closing time. The 1 employee became very rude with me and as I walked away I could hear her continue to talk about me very loudly!
