This is absolutely the worst Starbucks I've ever visited! I do not like writing bad post because every now and again, no matter where you go, you could get bad service.... everyone has theirs days! And I've held off for a long time on posting this.... but time after time again, it's ALWAYS the worst service EVER! It's consistently the worst experience!
This is the Starbucks in my neighborhood so it's so convenient and sad that I just can not go here anymore! They are consistently low on condiments, trash is overflowing, customer service sucks, they never get my order right, the counters are nasty and never clean. I went to get coffee today and there was a fly inside the hole on the sugar container and there was a bee flying around the condiment station. They got the order wrong again and when I corrected them, they got an attitude and in the midst of their frustrations, I was splashed with milk.... as I was walking in a few weeks ago I overheard one of the baristas saying under his breathe "don't be asking me for something other than coffee, I serve coffee not food!" They laughed it off and joked around like typical teenagers but to the public this makes people not want to frequent the establishment. I'm not sure who the owner is but they really need to get this place back in order! Wakefield has a lot of residents who love Starbucks and this place could really thrive if they just could get it back up and running!
I've talked to some other people and even other Starbucks locations and they say they hear the same complaint all the time about this one place!
I get coffee every morning on the way into work (drive a good distance away from the neighborhood) and they have the best customer service ever! They know me by name and make me feel like family! Read moreI love Starbucks and wish I could continue to go to this one because it is at a very convenient location... but the last five times I've been there they got my drink order wrong. I am not exaggerating. Every single time. I'm not even ordering something strange - usually something as simple as a latte. It's happened when it's busy but it's also happened when things were really slow. They always offer to let me keep the incorrect drink for free while they make me a new one but there are several problems with this:
I don't really want to get diabetes and/or have a heart attack from drinking two sugary venti coffee drinks (one is already a splurge), so it's really no consolation to offer an extra drink.
I don't always have time (on the way to work) to wait for them to try multiple times to make the correct drink. (And I'm sure other customers don't appreciate having to wait twice as long for their drink while they try to fix mine)... most of the time I've had to just accept the wrong drink. Which wouldn't be a big deal if I weren't paying $5 or more for it.
I get that being a barista isn't an easy job, and the drive thru must add an extra challenge... but I've been to plenty of other Starbucks that haven't had this issue. It is constant at this location and it just doesn't seem worth the time and...
Read moreVery rude staff. We have always placed our orders through the mobile app. It gives them more time to start the order, then if we were arriving and just ordering at the window. Also, everytime we come, there’s usually an empty line or one car in front of us. Lately, for the past month the one staff member in specific has been very rude every time we come. We didn’t get her name but she has shorter curly hair, glasses and always wears a hat. She always says, We just got that order about a minute ago(even when it was actually longer than that..) and it’s going to take longer than just 2 minutes to make your order. In a rude tone of voice. Completely unnecessary. All she needed to say was we got that order and we’re currently working on it and you can pull forward(any other staff will say just that…)
