Two stars bcuz of the staff's demeanor. Maybe it was due to being 15-20 mins before closing on a Saturday afternoon. I've eaten here before and never got the warm fuzzies regardless of the day of the week. Unfortunately, today the attitudes and rudeness of the employees was worth mentioning in hope that someone in management will take note. Staff attitudes can make or break a business. Hopefully, they were ALL just having a bad day. I will probably return again some time....just not soon. Read moreStopped by on a whim today, random hotdog craving. The dogs are ok, not bad but just ok. I can tell that they are boiled and I prefer grilled or roasted. What bothered me is that they have no restroom for customers and I needed to use the facilities. So not only was I unable to wash my hands before eating(they did have hand sanitizer but that’s not soap and water) I couldn’t pee and I really had to go. Also, there are no chairs in the dining area so you have to stand up. Might not be an option for someone with small children, as the tables are to tall for them. Shannon was great! She was helpful, gave me a menu to take, gave me the low down and how to order when it’s busy and was overall wonderful.
The hot dogs were very good. Perfectly proportioned so there wasn’f stuff falling out every bite. I got the red Brightleaf and the Nathan’s beef. They tasted fried, which is the best way to cook second to grilled. They didn’t taste boiled and water logged. Chili was good. I’ll def be back to try all their other hot dogs...
