Dunkin' — Restaurant in Ramsey

If I could give lower than one star, I would. They were extremely rude with the exception of Kathleen who was nice and helpful. The rest slammed my food and drink down on the counter as if they were bothered by my presence. I just so happened to be in uniform while ordering, so I can only imagine how they treat civilians. I finally get back to my location and look at my food and there's sauce from my breakfast sandwich EVERYWHERE! On the back of the bag, the front of the bag and much more on the inside of the bag. In fact there was more sauce on the outside of the bagel then there actually was on the bagel. I will never again spend my hard earned money in a place that treats uniformed service members as a complete nuisance and gives attitude when they mess up your order that...

If there was an option to leave no star, it would be no star. The workers here do not have any customer service experience whatsoever. Besides there being a language barrier, their attitude and demeanor was downright awful. Because they did not understand the customer requests, there’s rolling of the eyes and huffing and puffing. To put the cherry on the cake, I ordered a decaf coffee and received regular when I cannot drink regular coffee due to heart disease. I know because I was very jittery. Awful awful people work here. No manger around and if one of these Spanish speaking women were the manager, it is very poorly managed. Absolutely the worst service I ever received in my entire life. The server and cashier Mirna apparently seemed to be having a bad day. I asked for a small iced coffee and she gave me a medium, when I tried to explain that there was a misunderstanding she took the coffee threw it literally into a small cup and then pushed the dirty unfilled cup towards me. My son then asked for a strawberry bubble tea which she gave to him without bubbles. When he asked for the bubbles she put something like five when the photo on the wall show the cup filled with it. I would stay away from this place unless you like rude service. I sat to observe if she would treat other customers as rudely and she did, except for her Spanish speaking friends...
