Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Rancho Cucamonga

Winter Little Caesars off of Day Creek and foothill boulevard in rancho Cucamonga California it's usually pretty good however this particular day I took my granddaughter and we don't eat a lot of sauce so I ordered them fairness to them and realized I didn't so I went back in and I told the girl to make sure they do easy sauce light sauce they didn't do it so we end up doing $10 away so when I go back I definitely will tell them up front but I did tell them enough time for them to have made it the sauce because they told you 15 to no 20 to 30 minutes when it took 45 to 50 and people actually was walking out leaving because it was taking so long I'll go back and they don't get it right this time I'm going to write a review that they not going to be fun though but I'm going...

I ordered 2 " hot and ready" pizzas at the store front. I am only a few minutes from the house. The pizzas were cold, stale and cardboard like. The pizza was not melted at all. The crust was hard and the pizza was chewy. I took one bite and new instantly that the pizza was sitting around for a while. This pizza was not edible. No microwave or oven could have saved that pizza. I tried to call the store front before going back because they were going to close. I could not reach a customer service member. I am calling back tomorrow moring and would like to request a refund. The pizzas don't have any time indicating when they were cooked and ready for sale which is disturbing. If I am ordering a hot a ready I expect it to be exactly that....

At around 6:30pm today 7/21/2022 I ordered a extra most bestest pepperoni pizza, I asked how long it would take but she said it was Hot and ready. When I got home and opened my pizza, half of the pizza was missing pepperoni, it was cold, and hard as a rock. It was literally like cardboard. They also did not want to give me my change from the purchase, arguing that they don't keep coins in the register and failed to give Me a receipt. When I called the store to request the corporates number, the manager "Stephanie" (if that is even her real name) gave me the wrong number! It was the number to PepsiCo Corporate number!
