I don't go to Starbucks often as I am not that much of a coffee drinker, but people keep giving me gift cards so I stopped here with 2 friends to use some of them. I decided to try something with pumpkin since that seems to be the current thing to order (or joke about.) I am not familiar with the Starbucks lingo and the menu board was hard to read with my contacts. The cashier was super helpful and patient in guiding me through the ordering and helping me with the options. Who knew there would be so many decisions in ordering a cup of coffee? I got a grande pumpkin spice latte which I really enjoyed. Overall a great experience. It could have been improved by having another menu board in a place where you could get closer to read it easier and spend enough time to decide before getting in line.    Read morecame in today to pick up a mobile order after noticing my drink had very little heavy cream I asked the barista for a little bit of extra milk to which she replied "I cannot give you additional heavy cream because it would be considered a different drink/Latte " I then asked for a manager who was no help either letting me know the barista had been "Generous" in the amount of cream she had already given me . My cup was 1/4 away from even being close to full .The manager was absolutely no help at all seems like the entire store was being run by unexperienced or un business minded individuals. I have never written a negative review for anything but this experience and the big deal the store made over a little amount of heavy cream could have easily been resolved. This is by far the WORST Starbucks experience I have had in 10yrs! The line was at least 20 minutes, the cakes, brownie section looked as if it were ransacked, the sugar, cream area was just as bad. I don't know if they were short-handed or just super busy throughout the day but it was pretty bad for a nice mall like Victoria Gardens. The baristas were more interested in their conversation than anything else and looked annoyed when people asked questions. They didn't look at least bit stressed that the line was wrapped around the tables. Maybe there was no manager on duty or just a bad manager but if this is how Starbucks is going to be I will definitely be going elsewhere. Lackluster, typical millennial employees.
