A lot has changed since this D&B location opened... and not for the better. .. Today, after not going in for a week or 2. My husband made a reservation, we were promptly seated, no parts of Dining were busy. Ashley was supposed to be our waitress. We decided what we wanted to start with. My husband went to the restroom. By the NO ONE, had even been by to at least greet us. We waited another 3 minutes and walked out. And went to Cheesecake Factory, where promptly seated, our order taken. And food arrived 15 -20 minutes of sitting down.. It is clear that any Corporate kid gloves have been removed. And the current staff and management team have forgotten their training. Not sure if or when we will be back... ※※※※※※※※※※※※※※※※※※※※※※※ 1st time to this location. Food was yum 😋 The $5.00 apps.. Fried Pickles are a favorite of my husband and I. The ones at Dave & Busters, Top 3 of any we've ever had. Dangerous Waters.. (Cocktail) the name says it all, loved it. Service was ON POINT . Got Tap Bands to play games. So much fun. We will be back soon. D & B team, thanks for the reply. One more thing... the cool outdoor patio area... Fall is now officially here 🍂 one word... FIREPITS. See ya'all tomorrow 3rd time here.. today was disappointing.. The Fried Pickles we normally love.. came to our table cold 🥶 Was great to see Rochelle -server and Anna -bartender. But the server we had for our table KK, can learn a lot from Rochelle. Hubby's drink was empty, she did not ask if he wanted another. The Flatbread was floppy, before...
Read moreAs a big time Dave’s and Busters fan, I gotta say I’m glad we finally got one in the desert!. Now I don’t have to drive 2 hours from here to enjoy one. That said, after my wife and I spent 2 hours playing games, eating and drinking… we ended up being somewhat disappointed. The arcades are great! But unfortunately it’s small compared to the ones near LA. We saw curtains around there, so we are “HOPING” they expand the arcade area and add more quality games like “VR” besides the zombie low quality one they have. The food and prices are good! And happy hour is excellent. Expanding the arcade area is a MUST and NEEDED action. That aside, there’s TOO MANY CHILDREN. Children aren’t at fault here , since it’s a small valley with not much to do, but Dave’s and busters is known for ID checking so that adults can have time to drink and have fun. 18-21 years old and above are only allowed to go in without a guardian, so why ISN’T THERE RESTRICTIONS HERE?. This causes the already small arcade to be overcrowded and have lines of people waiting for their turn. So many hostesses at the entrance to greet…have them ask for identification. This place is supposed to be a version of chucky cheese for adults, not kids. For the family as well, but there has to be limits. Overall, the place is great as for early opening… but these changes need to be made sooner than later to give everyone the “DAVES AND BUSTERS”...
Read moreFirstly, I would just like to say that this is the first Dave & Buster’s I’ve attended along with my family. We made a reservation online for 7:30pm and then we had to wait over an hour even after checkin 15 mins prior to our reservation. We purchased a card to play the games and there was a wonderful variety for everyone in the family. It was a very lively atmosphere for a Friday night, there were large green TVs everywhere, which was wonderful for us who enjoy sports, and they had great bathroom facilities. When we were finally seated at our table, it took 15 minutes to get a server, and after reviewing the menu, we realize that food options were very scarce and left us wanting for more. We finally placed our order with our server. She was very nice and pleasant, but you can tell that there was some disorganization going on behind the scenes. When the first entrée came out, it took another 10 minutes for the rest of our parties, food to arrive, and when it did, it went to another table accidentally before reaching ours. The food was not all that great, and my kids food tasted like plastic. It was very unfortunate after we were actually there to celebrate a couple of accomplishments for our kids that day. I definitely would go back for the games for my children to enjoy, but I definitely would not go back...
