Very convenient location for us. We were there for a water shoe and my husband was having trouble locating his shoe size. Online it said it was available but they couldnt locate it at the store. Chris stepped up and did not gave up. Looked every where and sure enough it was there in the wrong location. He was very friendly and patient with his costumer. We had our bikes retrofitted with Tannus Tire Inserts (to guard against goat heads) and we got a great deal with our REI membership - a lot cheaper than we would have paid in Palm Springs. Cheers to their...
