Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Rancho Palos Verdes

Beware!! Always double check your bag for order/food to be correct. Several times now that they have put wrong items or something missing. Fries are normally cold and stale, you have to go inside to exchange then for freshly made ones. I once repeated my order no less than times to the girl in the drive thru, thinking that it was a problem with the audio, until she gave me her miserable attitude line of was many mistake when she couldn't hey my order right, for God sake!! Quit your job of it makes you angry, or maybe you're the problem, regardless of where you work. Anyway, I drive off hungry and a bit upset because I worried that my food was going to have a spit on. What a disgrace.

Edit: As of May 2018, customer service has improved big time, I've been there several times lately and the service they provide won't disappoint. Moving from 1 to 3...

I've been to this place exactly three times. The first time I visit this fast food restaurant, the food was cold. I thought nothing of it. No big deal. 2nd time, they had to confirm if they have not given me my change due upon purchasing my order. 3rd time, There were two vehicles ahead me. As both vehicles received their order and exit the drive through I am still waiting for someone to take my order. I'm sitting there in my vehicle for another couple of minutes, thinking something must be wrong. I slowly drove pass the window and I notice two Mexican women talking. I just drove off and had breakfast at McDonald's. Maybe they do not like servicing me. I don't know but my experiences there were all horrible. Jack and the box is indeed my favorite fast food restaurant but I could no longer...

22 minutes to get our order at 9am. The manager was more concerned about her drive thru numbers to help the guy struggling in the lobby to take care of the front guests. She even scolded him for touching drive thrus food instead of managing the restaurant. She worried about her job and what she was doing. Completely unaccountable for her actions and just argued over the issues going on. Felt bad for the guy who hadn't even ordered that was standing there for 10 minutes watching this go down. Lack of training. Lady is absolutely on a power trip and is rude to her other employees...the young white kid. Complained about the wait after 12 minutes and watching drive thru function properly.
