We recently had to buy a new mattress and have it delivered to Fort MacArthur Airforce Base. Eder was our sales associate. The sale was easy and pleasant, but the delivery was a mess. It had nothing to do Mattress Firm or Eder and his associates. The third party delivery company they have to use was not following instructions about proper identification and kept sending drivers who could not enter the base. Eder was so great, after the 2nd delivery attempt he personally loaded up the mattress in his own truck, drove it on to the base and single handedly carried it up two flights of narrow stairs and set it up all by himself. He did this all with a smile and professionalism. I have never seen customer service like this, he fixed a problem that wasn't even his to fix. He also gave me a refund on some of the charges as well as an apology. Again, the mess of delivery was all because of the third party delivery company, and Eder made sure it was fixed.
