Ross Dress for Less — Local services in Los Angeles

I had the worst experience today at Ross San Pedro.. It is my bday I was out to buy 3 pair of jeans and pants and 6-8. pcs of tees when I was already there for like 30mins as I was browsing and fitting the clothes that I will be buying I think it was a total of $100 more in my count.. Now I was 3 mins away from going to the counter as I’m still checking if the shirts are all in good form if there are no holes or tear when suddenly I was stopped by 2 policemen and was escorted outside this happens somewhere around 6:30-45pm as they said that one of your staff call them reporting that I have stolen something last time and that I have altercation with one of the staff and that I point a knife ar them.. Just to tell you that I only had couple of visits at your store as I’m new in San Pedro and what ever your accusations are not true as I have money to buy.. Your service is very bad given on what happen to me today is it bcos I’m asian and that’s why your accusing me without even asking me infront of my face?? that’s very terrible Ross management you can do better.. The 2 cops did a better job handling the incident but your staff Ross are very rude.. And now they are telling me that I cannot come there as I will be charged with trespassing if they see me around.. Hell not I will not force my self in your cheap store with a poor service and rude staff!! I will make sure all my friends and family and all those who know me will hear about this and will never come to your store again!!! This goes to the latino or mexican staff that call the police on me.. You know what you did was very wrong and I hope you learn from your racist...

Bad customer service! I'm a regular customer and I was shopping on monday 7/1 in the evening. Me and my daughter purchased several items and we headed to the registers just before they closed. I forgot something, so I asked my daughter to stay in line. I ran to grab something quickly, and a very rude female employee approached me and said in a very rude way: "you need to go to the front now". I told her my daughter was in line and I that I just needed to grab something quickly. She raised her voice and told me again to go to the front. She was basically scolding me. Unbelievable!! I also felt like she was targeting me because there was another woman browsing for stuff in the same aisle where I was, and the employee didn't say anything to her. I felt insulted and disrespected! She could have been polite and respectful, but she had zero customer service skills! She also looked angry and like she hated her job. Ross needs to do better when hiring and training their employees, or they could lose a lot of customers at this rate. I would rather go spend my money somewhere else where I'm treated with respect. Most of the employees there look unhappy and they don't make an effort to provide good...

I’ve been coming to this Ross for 4 1/2 years now and for most of it, I saw the same people every time I go in, and I usually go in at night and they always knew me as the chick who always showed up late at night even the security guards were super cool everyone was beyond friendly and was great at their job

NOW there’s a staff that acts like there’s a stick up their bum, I go into the store and I’m always being followed like cmon my purse is the size of a wallet, stealing is and has never been my thing. The lady at the dress room accused me of stealing clothes when I had the same clothes I ended up purchasing to make a point I guess but I don’t think I’ll be buying from this Ross anymore every time I go in the same older thicker woman follows me around I feel tremendously uncomfortable and I just wish the old employees were there the night crew here are totally rude and treat us customers as if were children. I know what time it is and when it’s time to close the lady announced it literally when it’s closing time I can’t stand this...
